Id love to see them punished, especially as it looks like we have suffered financially because of their cheating.  But realistically they have a history of bribing their way out of any consequences and I cant see this being any different.

People waking up to the fact that as a fanbase we should have aimed our hatred towards Manchester City, rather than Liverpool over the last couple of seasons. Although we were mostly responsible for dropping off in those champions league chasing seasons, we should have had a place by rights of not breaking the rules unlike Manchester City.

Hopefully they get bent over

Something like this and Man City getting serious repercussions would hopefully scare Newcastle as well

Scare them into not doing it or scare them into covering their tracks more?

Over a decade of financial doping. Goes back to 2009. If the PL takes this seriously (and sounds like the threat of independent regulation is forcing them to do so) this will be absolutely huge.

Rules don’t apply to the big clubs, they are only designed to keep the rest of us below them.

just like real life! top 1% get away with whatever they want while the rest of us suffer.

everything is broken through and through.

if they only get fined for me it is just another nail in the leagues coffin. Money to these means nothing. A fine will just encourage the likes of Newcastle, Chelsea and all the other cash rich clubs to kill the league off.
