You would think right. But he's greedy. He could have sold it a while ago if he hadn't changed his mind on the price and increased it. Only the recent Saudi 300mil presumably hit his estimated price and even then he was haggling for more. He's the definition of a parasite imo.

Or a hard nosed businessman above all else, money before people perhaps?

There is an uproar at Leeds after rumours of one of their players agreeing to join Galatasaray due to historical deaths of their two fans there after being stabbed.

How would you all react if we are in their position?

Would it bother Leeds if they snapped up a decent player from Galatasary on the cheap and they scored 15-20 goals a season?

Good, hoping he stays  for a good while yet and Newcastle swap places with Fulham by 6pm 23rd May.

Just swap them both for Brentford. That sort of two for one should be right up Mick Ashley's street

Loads of teams refuse to do business with each other for a lot less than fans being murdered.

True, but they didn't do business with each other so it's a moot point. The player was free to talk to anyone and signed a pre-contract agreement with Galatasary

An absolutely astonishing view. He hasn't got a clue has he.

It's almost as though they've seen this owner piss away the best manager he could hope to have, one the fans supported, and replaced him with an absolute duffer who is proving himself to be as crap as expected and are quite annoyed it's happening.

Love one of the quoted tweets in that article - "If you're Leeds, you don't move to a direct rival, simple". In what world is Galatasaray a direct rival lol They've not been in the same competition as each other for 2 decades...

It’s looking like Jared Bowen could be punished for a tweet when he was 15, a suspension will mean he’ll probably miss our game which is good news I guess

Wishful thinking regarding the suspension. Be a fine and an awareness course.

Andre Gray when he was at Burnley got a 4 game suspension for a tweet when he was playing at Hinckley but then again didn’t Choudhury get no action for his tweets that got dug up from like 2012?

Choudhury mentioned in the BBC article. £5k fine and an awareness course.

Reminds me of the Andre Gray situation few years back. He tweeted offensive things when he was iike 17 or something. Still got a 4 game ban because it was dug out years later by Liverpool fans.
