It sickened me having to get behind a wanky Man U team the other day and this is almost as bad. It ain't Burnley's fault, Liverpool have something to aim for after that fvcking Allison header the other day. I can't cope with hoping these mugs pull two goals back. Bloody sickening.

Southampton at home and Newcastle at home. You can’t lose to Newcastle 2-4 at home, with a hand full of games to go and expect to finish in the top four.

I just worry how two failed CL bids will impact us.

Sickening but it’s our own doing. We were 7 clear with 5 games to go

The Southampton and Newcastle games in a row, that's where it died.

Would it be any different if we were hitting form late in the season and chasing down teams above us ? Last years failure and getting overhauled by united and Chelsea was even worse than this season given how far ahead we were .

And that my friends endeth the season.  Au revoir!

It doesn’t though, does it. We could beat Spurs, and Villa could easily get a draw at home to Chelsea!

Somethings aren't meant to be.  Your goalkeeper doesn't score a header in the last second to get you a vital 3 points, only for you to lose (or draw) to Burnley or Palace.  We aren't meant to finish in the top 4 this season, but our time will come again.

What will happen is, and you can see it plain as day, is one of Chelsea or Liverpool will drop points, but we won't capitalise.

Ha ha ha must be doing something right if two failed attempts to get in the top 4 and an FA Cup winning season has people worried.

When Liverpool come for Youri we might.

You actually think champions league would stop him from going if a massive club came in? He signed a four year contract, rather than 5 year contract for the reason.

So disappointing. Fat lady's not singing yet but she's warming up her vocal cords.

I get everyone being gutted (I obviously am!)

But don’t be gutted about tonight.... damage was done, by us, basically ever since the Saints player got sent off.

also, Burnley are never gonna do us a favour. We’ve got to win Sunday and hope for the best.

Tongue in cheek as it is......in this day and age it might...... hopefully COVID might restrict the business some of these top teams can do....
