honeybradger Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 He's just not good. It doesnt matter how professional Dean Smith and Brendan Rodgers think he is, if you play like Tielemans has all season you shouldnt be playing, he's not the same player that won the FA cup with us. 2
Popular Post Tuna Posted 15 May 2023 Popular Post Posted 15 May 2023 Should be his last game for us. Disgrace to the shirt. 5
markko Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 I would have dropped him many games ago. I would rather play a kid with some heart. What must the other.pkayers think?
Collymore Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 That was really apparent tonight he wasn't trying. Absolutely disgusting. 1
LVFox Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 Been a disgrace since returning from injury. Never want to see him wear our kit again
SafewayFox Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 Sad to see his legacy with us has been tarnished so badly. I think when we’ve all (myself included) calm down in years to come will appreciate Madders for his last 12/18 months (pre WC) but Youri has been 6/7 at best for nearly two full seasons?
Sampson Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 Let’s face it, he had 1 genuinely good season in his 4.5 years here. He’s probably had more poor games than good games overall. Talented with the ball at his feet on his day, but his day just never comes often enough and he’s just never had the mobility or fitness levels that the modern Premier League demands. 3
fazzyfox Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 The one (of many similar) where he hit an awful “pass” which was easily intercepted, waved his arms about, looked around for someone to blame but then realised he couldn’t pass the blame either. Doesn’t even apologise to anyone, sheer arrogance, give his place to an U23 player.

Blue ROI Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 That was the final straw for me. He will be no loss to us.
TMELcfc Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 Fat, lazy, unfit poor excuse of a footballer - another one I’ll be glad to see the back of

He’s been horrifically exposed as not having the legs for this league. Winter picking up on it and saying what everyone else worth their salt is thinking. 1
mod hero Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 Wants champions league football apparently. how anyone would take a chance on that gutless **** is beyond me
crisp packet Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 Don’t want to see his head wobbling back in our blue shirt, thanks for fa cup goal. But he’s cheating a living….
AjcW Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 It was the smirk when he did that stupid ****ing shoulder pass for me…
lgfualol Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 Sadly will remember him as a fat bastard than the amazing player he was for 2 years
inckley fox Posted 15 May 2023 Posted 15 May 2023 He had a great loan, then a slow start as a permanent. After that, for 18 months or so, he was inconsistent but often instrumental and capable of brilliance. Since then, for what adds up to almost half of his time here, he's been mostly awful, and evidently identified by opposition as something of a midfield stroller. 'If you rattle him, he's a liability'. He's been poor in well over half of his games for us. He also seems to be unfit and completely half-arsed in pretty much everything he does. The antithesis of what you need if you're competing for league standings, as we've seen in the last. 1

He has a very good loan spell for about 9 or 10 games. Then when we signed him: It was pretty widely agreed he had a disappointing season in 19/20 and was one of the weakest links in our XI at the time. I remember “Tiemans on loan, Tielemans after signing him” memes doing the rounds that season. He did have one very good season in 20/21 though no doubt, followed by 2 absolutely shocking seasons since. Edited 15 May 2023 by Sampson
