That 2nd half was diabolical. Just waiting for Villa to score. 

 

We are a team who find it impossible to turn the tide of a game when it starts going against us. The amount of times the midfield just got bypassed by one pass was criminal, but was a by product of a total lack of composure on the ball 2nd half. 

 

Fofana the only bright spot. Perez a total waste and Barnes 2nd half was sunday league standard.

Got what we deserved. Horrendous performance, Perez and Barnes completely anonymous, Mendy and Tielemans really poor, and Iheanacho needs locking up for crimes against football, spent most of his time flapping his wings like a bird. And might have to revise my assessment of Choudhury as a mid table Championship midfielder down.

 

No real difference to West Ham, players just not on it and kept it to less by virtue of Villa being insipid compared to West Ham.

We finally started to try and get forward last 15 of match, but then suddenly gave villa loads of space, and seemed to give up, probably lack of fitness at the end, what are these guys doing in training?

Very poor. As predicted without Vardy were nothing. 
 

Was an okay game for about an hour, and then Villa turned the screw, I’d say more from our incompetence than anything else, we completely fell on our arses for the last half an hour, and you could read it a ****ing mile off that that bunch of slimey twats would Nick it. 
 

Positives Fofana looks class, and Timmy as per was quality. But unfortunately we’re horribly patchy throughout the rest of the side. 
 

A hell of a lot of work to be done, we’re in for a pretty bland season.

Shame, only just came one but Hamaza far to relaxed and out of shape. Barkey roasted him and perhaps got the winner they deserved. 

 

Take Vardy out the equation we didnt threaten enough from the creative players. Kelchi (although not great), living off scraps, Slim stood no chance, the game was lost in the midfield today.

How are we playing with Slimani up front in 2020. We never looked like scoring.
