Maybe Brendan needs to take notice of this display tonight.

Not the best opposition but it proved how if you harry and get on to them, the mistakes in your favour happen 80% of the time.

Our worst defeats have been when we're slow and we drop back to allow them on to us.

We saw tonight how games can unfold when we are like foxes with the sniff of Tuesday's chicken korma in the bin bags of Leicester.

80% of the time, all the time

Bring on the draw on Monday!

I think our potential opponents are as follows (assuming we can't draw Braga as they were in our group and of course avoiding the other seeded teams):

Young Boys

Molde

Slavia Prague

Benfica

Granada

Real Sociedad

Lille

Maccabi Tel Aviv

Antwerp

RZ Pellets WAC

Red Star Belgrade

Dynamo Kiev (from the CL)

Krasnodar (from the CL)

RB Salzburg (from the CL)

Olympiacos (from the CL)

RZ Pellets ??? Chicken fodder?

Good professional performance and so pleasing to see a different set up and more attacking intent.

We do need to be mindful of the level of opposition out there tonight. We have a tendency to get over excited on occasions like this and then become overly negative when reality strikes with the next Premier League opposition!

Reface gifs aside lol

That just goes to show what we’re capable of when we play with wingers, I know it was only AEK Athens; however Barnes and Under were unplayable tonight. The combination play on the wings between Justin & Under and Thomas & Barnes was so refreshing to watch.

Praet also plays a key role in this formation, he gives us a different dimension on how we play, picks up the right spaces, his movement is excellent, and his link play in and around the penalty area was top notch.

I think it’s pretty evident that we play better football without James Maddison in this team.

Dominant performance by us tonight but more clinical finishing would have seen us totally thrash an opposition who played like a Sunday league outfit

Shame Pérez didn’t start imo. Nacho rubbish again

Agree we need to be clinical. Against better teams, we need to be putting chances away otherwise we would be punished.

As for Nachos and Perez, I think it is the system. Both play better as part of a two upfront with them being better as the one that drops back sometimes to play that linkup role. As the one upfront, they get too isolated. Even after Perez got on, he was too isolated centrally as Under and Barnes were wide players playing on the side.

Same record as our Champions League group, all home matches won and four pointsaway, fortunately this time without a thumping defeat. To get through unscathed without needing much of Vardy is pleasing whilst the likes of Under and Thomas have really benefitted from the game time.

Glad we've topped the group and can now focus on the league and FA Cup for a couple of months.

Seems to lack confidence- Nacho.  Sometimes, he gets the ball with his back to goal, doesn't appreciate he has space and sends the ball back to a midfielder.  And the defence expect him to.
