This Era of Supporting Our Club

A golden era, for sure.

 

A record-breaking Championship-winning season.
A monumental Great Escape in our first season back in the Premier League for 10 years.

A Premier League title.

Reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Finishing 5th in the league.

Playing in the Europa League.

On set for a strong finish in the league this season.

Reaching the FA Cup semi-final for the first time in a lot of our lifetimes. 

 

World class players - instead of just one or two in the squad, we have pure quality all around the squad. One of the best British managers in charge. One of the best owners in the land. 

 

I am so proud of where the club is at right now, and for anyone - players & staff - at the club right now. We're making progress season by season, establishing ourselves as a team to be taken seriously as time goes by and our stature grows and grows.

 

We've come a long way in such a short time and I can't wait for the journey to continue, even more so if fans can attend a final (should we get there) and for beyond this season anyway .

Absolutely incredible. In the time I've supported Leicester, since around 1995, we've had 2 spells that some clubs' fans will never get.

Sit back and enjoy the ride. Never in my lifetime did I think the club would ever get to this sort of level.

 

Even more incredible is the way we've done it. Most successful teams in the Premier League era have done it through massive spending. Man U, Blackburn, Man City, Chelsea. Even Liverpool spent tons on VVD and Alison, and Arsenal signed players like Henry, Berkgamp and Vieira who were still quite pricey at the time. I feel like we are not only successful but can be proud of the way it was achieved too.

I think the Great Escape is still my favourite few months of supporting Leicester ever.

It certainly is, all started with the league 1 season and carried on from there really.

 

so sad that nobody was there to watch the game live tonight it would of been brilliant. I just hope if we do make the final that supporters will be able to attend.
