Imagine being Wesley Fofana. In your prime partying years and people your senior being excused for ‘being kids’.

He’ll be laughing when he’s lifting the World Cup for France one day, while Madison is telling old men in a pub how he would have captained England if he didn’t get a hip injury

While dummies on forums are making spelling mistakes when talking about him.

Rodgers knew what was up. Rodgers knows what’s up. And he’s handling it.

Was it really gonna make a difference to have Ayoze in there instead of Praet when we’re not playing Sheffield United?

Madders still isn't in match shape and Rodgers already does whatever he has to in order to avoid playing Hamza.

Morgan was never gonna play another minute for us anyway and Barnes still needs at least two weeks to get back in the lineup.

It’s getting sorted.

Nope. But at least you can always refer to that gif when you forget when to use “you’re”

This will disturb the whole progress of the club.  Our success in punching above our weight is based on everyone working, to their utmost, in one direction.

If confronted head on and handled well, we should ride it out.  The delicate week ahead needs Top and Susan involved as well as BR.  Those involved have to restore themselves in the estimation of their teammates and manager.

What disheartens me most is the broad cross-section involved.  Two academy grads.  A young star establishing himself as a major producer and off-pitch spokesman.  Rodgers’ own first transfer target.  And … the sickening name for me … our most senior voice and captain, giving the impressionable young ones the idea this crap is OK, a year into the covid era.  After the club has carried him for a couple of years precisely to set an example and bring them along.  Jesus wept.

If the reports are correct, Morgan cannot remain in the building “shaping young careers”.  Let the pu*** hound head back to Nottingham, and come back in ‘26 for the ten years celebration.

You can’t throw Maddison and Barnes out with the bathwater.  Or Perez I suppose.  It’s about actions now.  Get their heads down, shut up (social media included), and outwork everybody in each recovery/training session and match.

I do not condone their behaviour or decision making particularly at such a crucial juncture in our wonderful season.

What I would like to point out is that these lads are in their 20s and 30s, and I know I sure as hell made many a mistake growing up.

As long as they get the message then forgive and forget.

You've got Perez that finally gets his chance in the starting eleven and should be fighting tooth and nail to keep it. You've got Maddison that has been out for weeks and should be fighting tooth and nail to get his place back and get into the England team. You've then got Hamza that isn't really good enough anyway and shouldn't be putting a foot wrong.

All 3 of them should be ashamed of themselves. Just goes to show what they think of the club and a top 4 finish. Bellends.

Wonder where Perez lives. Choudhury is Nottingham I think and near to Maddison but may be wrong

Are you being serious?

im talking about the actions of the players, missing the game effecting squad harmony.

We are going round in circles here.

If you or others think it’s realistic that the club will sack £100m+ worth assets then this is not the conversation for me. When you’ve all put your dummies back in and want to talk about how they should appropriately and realistically be punished,  I might rejoin the debate. As it stands (with present information available), i’m just finding it too ridiculous.

Quite easy for me, they know they have done wrong, and are probably feeling ashamed.

Give them a fine and move on.

Probably in Knighton/Stoneygate id of thought, the rest of inner city Leicester is an absolute shithole 😂

I had no idea police were involved and it was 18 others.

And the fact they stopped at one place, knew Rodgers had found out then partied somewhere else's was fvcking stupid.

Justifies the fines and absences today to be honest.

I believe the party didn’t continue once they’d left AP’s they just used Choudhury’s to not get caught.

Yes it’ll be around that area. Anyone that signs for the club now (it’s been a few years) has to live within a certain proximity of the ground.

Fine them. Public apology. Get them to meet people who have been affected by covid. Some work in the community and move on.

Let’s go with a whole months wages plus a hairdresser, tattoo, social media and PlayStation/Xbox/esports ban.

Lucky escape! It was my belief that Perez lived in a certain house in Houghton on the Hill. Good job the lanterns and pitchforks were called off at the last minute as it could have turned nasty. Fortunately covid rules don't allow such a gathering, lucky escape eh! He can survive to fall over another day!

Public wedgies for each of them! Then make them watch as every other player is given a Walls Magnum Hazlenut to eat while they're given nothing!!

I’d certainly like to hear public apologies from those involved, an acknowledgment of how seriously detrimental this incident has been to the club’s prospects this season, and a recommitment to work hard to further the club’s aims. In short, I (as a fan) want to be convinced that they are genuinely contrite, and that they intend to put the club first in future.

If they really aren’t bothered (as this incident seems to suggest), they can fvck off when a suitable offer comes along. I’d rather have fully committed, hard working players than overpaid, arrogant prima donnas spoiling the smooth running of the club.

Personally I won’t be convinced of their contrition unless they apologise on their knees while crying their eyes out and flagellating themselves with whips.

I don’t think Maddison has humility in him tbh, so I’m in favour of this approach
