I’m not sure I see the problem with this that others on Twitter do

Mainly because most people on twitter are 12 year old, sociopaths, keyboard soldiers, or all 3. He obviously has no malice, he just wants to win against his mates and old team, otherwise he will get no end of stick.

Just had a quick look on Chelsea's forum and found this. This is why I love supporting Leicester. The money has made Chelsea so successful, the more they win the less significant it becomes. A club like ours, each massive final, or triumph feels even more special and elevated. This tosser can't even remember their final wins there's been so many. Let's hand them a loss they won't forget for a long time.

I echo this sentiment massively

Just to let you all know I'm in the "feeling sick" phase of nerves for tomorrow (and wondering if I should just start drinking now...)

I’m on the wine and have 18 cans of beer in the fridge. It’s the only way through this.

Anyone in the Birmingham / West Miss area: A couple of us will be cheering at The Waggon and Horses, Old Hill. Lots of exterior screens and courtyard. And great beer.

I feel sick and it's 22 hours away for crying out loud. There's part of me that just wants to see the final score without having to put myself through 90 minutes of torture lol Pathetic, I know.

I was like the Tuesday night. I'm really starting to feel the nerves now. Doesn't help that none of us been to a football match for 14 months either. I so can't wait to get to the stadium tomorrow, walk to my seat and just take it all in, try and appreciate it before the nerves get the better of me lol

Yes, you are right about Zadok the priest.

Yes, it will be nice to hear 'Abide with Me'

I can't remember the last FA Cup final I watched.

I've watched every FA Cup final since 1969 apart from the one when Wigan beat ManC. Only on the telly, never been to one (yet).

I've invited a few friends round. Will be a tad ironic when they're watching it on my TV and I'm outside walking round the garden!

Congrats on getting a ticket. Enjoy the occasion!

My 10 year old keeps playing Abide with Me on Spotify.

He'd never heard of it til I played it to him a few weeks ago, now I'm pretty sure it'll be his most played song of the year 🤣

Not enough priority points. Going to the Tottenham match though.

Most memorable ones: Chelsea vs Leeds (plus replay), Arsenal vs Liverpool (Charlie George), Sunderland vs Leeds ('73). Didn't like the Cardiff finals, don't think they should count.

I was brought up on family stories about cup finals (especially involving City). Grandad left me ticket stubs from 1927 and 1929 finals.

Not too nervous here. It’s history tomorrow and I’m looking forward to being in a communal environment again.

I feel more for the older generation whom those final before it must really, really mean something
