Popular Post urban fox Posted 14 May 2021 Popular Post Posted 14 May 2021 Taking all the pain today so that tomorrow balances it out. Had a root canal filling done and a £400 service bill for my car. Surely that is enough to equal a cup final win? I was nine years old last time we were in the FA cup final. i cried - a lot. 52 years later and i really do not want anyone seeing a fully grown man break out in tears, unless they are ones of joy. Fridge is primed with beers for during the game and a bottle of fizzy hopefully to be opened around 7.00pm. Just hope it doesn't go to pens. I will be hiding behind the sofa with a cushion over my head. There have been some big games and moments in all that time, play offs, league cups, relegations, promotions and the run in in 2016 but i am starting to think that this is probably the biggest of the lot during my time. Keep the faith, COYB and do yourselves, the whole of the city and in particular, "the Boss" proud. 6

Can't wait to hear "Abide With Me" - every time I heared it at the Cup Final, I always dreamed one day it might be us. Fantastic. Getting my stuff sorted tonight - you know - ticket, covid test result, mask, sanitiser, silver dagger, rabbits foot, clove of garlic Buzzing! I am not kern on abide with me. It is a very sad tune. I think it suited the survivor guilt post ww 2. I would prefer a less Christian sing along

Found a sports bar and was drinking by myself watching the game. I managed to do all 10 guest lagers during the game while talking to a bar man that I'm sure was not at all interested in my footballing opinions Is it a 12:15pm kick off in NY? A solid 3 hours pre gaming Haha, well done! 😂 The place where we watch here in NY is expected to be at capacity well before kick off, so we can’t take any chances...
Koke Posted 14 May 2021 Posted 14 May 2021 (edited) This really feels a bit sad without fans. Cup final day should have a packed Wembley. I wanna hear the fans roar when the ball hit the back of the net, not Luke Thomas screaming "whooooow". Edited 14 May 2021 by Koke 1

FoxyJim1987 Posted 14 May 2021 Posted 14 May 2021 (edited) Just had a quick look on Chelsea's forum and found this. This is why I love supporting Leicester. The money has made Chelsea so successful, the more they win the less significant it becomes. A club like ours, each massive final, or triumph feels even more special and elevated. This tosser can't even remember their final wins there's been so many. Let's hand them a loss they won't forget for a long time. Edited 14 May 2021 by FoxyJim1987 2
