I know. You are right. As I say, I'll be fine tomorrow once it all gets going. Just feel slightly robbed of having a full week to look forward to it.

I know full well tomorrow I'll be full-on gripped by the cup final and I won't care about the top 4 until 8.15pm on Tuesday, in which case it will switch back. I think I'm only capable of bricking it about one thing at a time.

Another way of looking at it, if it was the week after the end of the PL season there could be a real hangover if we miss out on the top 4. As it stands there are still many possibilities that see us achieve top 4 and that's why I've parked that head messer until after Saturday!

Bring it home boys

I've got my test later this afternoon, but my wife has just had one of her twice weekly tests for her job and came back negative. I just have a few hours to avoid every other human, more so than I normally do.

It's the smile he holds back when talking about the club and the owners, it's brilliant to see

One of the reasons I love the guy. Watch that and tell me that the players don't care about us as a football club.

Form guide... the idea they are some invincible juggernaut is a fallacy. Very good team on their day, but so are we.

Is that a new goalkeeper shirt I spy? :schmike:

In the last six games between Leicester and Chelsea, Chelsea have only won once.

That was in the fa cup last season, 1-0, Ross Barkley.

I love this, gives you an insight to the feelings of players behind what we see.

As he says, in this time more than ever, it's nice to hear those things and recognise what a good bond within the club can bring

Apparently he is running to Wembley...

Yeah he's raising money for the VS charity. Tbf to him it's a big challenge so credit to him there.

My FA Cup history starts with me as a Liverpool fan....yeah...yeah...whatever...get in back in your cage...it's not like I was the only Liverpool fan in the village during the mid 80's.

Just as many have illustrated on here, my love of the FA Cup during those years was strong.

It was probably the only saturday of the year where I'd want Philip and Sarah on Going Live to STFU!! and hand over to Des for the FA Cup coverage.

The montage's, the interviews, the celebrities and that perfect BBC coverage, now reserved for deaths in the Royal Family, were all monumental occasions in my life, even when it wasn't Liverpool in the final.

If the red button had have existed in those days and coverage was available, I would have watched the whole bus journey from Liverpool to Wembley, it was just incredible.

My Dad would put on a classic British barbecue. He'd light the coals as soon as he arrived back from the boozer at 14:30'ish and by half time, charcoal dogs and burgers would be served, superb.

I stopped supporting Liverpool and switched alleigence to Leicester City on February 6th 2016  :fishing:

Okay, it was 1990/91'ish when I woke and It was only until I got fully submerged into the LCFC history that I leant that Leicester held the record for most lost FA Cup finals.

First of all, I was astonished to learn that Leicester were actually, at some point, good enough to reach an FA Cup Final, let alone 4.

And then secondly, to imagine us reaching an FA Cup final, during early 90's, was something only reserved for family and friends in Carlton Hayes.

The Play Off Finals's were epic, just less sophisticated in those years.

Anyone that actually has memories from those play-off finals, should be preserved in the LCFC Trophy room, because no f***er else remembers them .

Obviously, like many, the closest I've experienced to an FA Cup Final was during the O'Neil League Cup finals, which were ultimately special because we won a couple.

So like for many again, this is the first FA Cup final I get to experience as an actual supporter.

Whilst I firmly believe the FA Cup needs a lot of magic restoring in it, tomorrow afternoon will be a truly epic day for every Leicester City Fan no matter where you watch it.

I can already feel my emotion rising for when the team walks out tomorrow at Wembley, and whichever way the result goes, it should not override the history, occasion and the statement it makes having Leicester City competing in the biggest domestic cup competition, still, in the world.

I've a strong record of being one of those twats that say I'm not arsed about the modern game and I can't get THAT excited by it all, but I'm absolutely buzzing for tomorrow.

Feel proper on edge, like on the day of my wedding, the birth of a child, an exam that actually matters and all that jazz.

Football less important than all of those, but it's the same feeling

trying to raise £19,490 as it relates to the 1949 cup final. Story of a Leicester fan that biked from Leicester to Wembley and during the game some one nicked his bike! So he walked back!

So Stringer has decided to run it this week - i think he is in training for some sort of ultra run later in the year ( i might be wrong?!)

So far he has raised about 11k so fair play to him :appl:

Nah it's a training top. We used it in the weeks we were building up for a Europa League game.
