Ricardo Pereira gets us top 4 tomorrow. A goal and an assist, whilst that hack on Chilwell will flare up when he's shit it when Traore is running at him and he floats one in for Watkins to hammer home at the far post.

Shakespeare will perform a coaching masterclass involving two balls for the Villa against Chelsea too!!

I forgot he was there. Yes. The stars have aligned.

Getting into the top four was always going to take time. We are improving, if we don’t do it this season we will have won the FA cup and just lost out in the champions League on the final day of the season.

let’s have some perspective.

Whilst I agree with the sentiment, this has been a great season, I don't think that it is realistic to expect to keep getting better and closer to qualification. At some point Spurs and Arsenal will get their act together and I don't see Liverpool having another season as bad as this one.  The time is now and we have come up just short again in all likelihood.

When did we last play well?

First twenty five of the second period at OT (but that was against a strange line up and how many chances did we create)

first half against West Brom

we haven’t been in consistent good form for quite a while now

Spurs  front line will cause us problems

we just need to be right up for this and hope that they aren’t bothered about the Europa conference league or arsenal finishing ahead of them

Do we have one last intense performance in us ? Irrespective of what happens at VP and Anfield, a win today is important. 69 points and non CL qualification is unfortunate but the players can look at that with much pride. A loss/draw today when a win is needed will leave a bad taste for some of them after last season.

of course all underpinned by the tumultuous FA cup win !!!

I hope we don’t sing ‘You’re just a shit Jamie Vardy’ to kane today.

We all know what will happen

If they’re of a ‘don’t give a sh1t mindset’ then a chant which gets under their skin could awaken their competitive nature (which all pro athletes have)

I remember in our great escape season against West Ham, we started the game well, went one up and they looked like they couldn’t care less. Then we got a pen and missed it. Their keeper making the save seemed to awaken some spirit in them and they equalised shortly afterwards. The game was so much tougher than it needed to be. AK got the late winner and the rest ..........

I will never be this relaxed about a final game with so much riding on it ever again.

I'm saving myself the disappointment and I've completely accepted we'll be in the EL and anything else is a massive bonus.

I just hope the players don't have the same attitude and go for it lol

These end of season games against Spurs with Kane going after the Golden Boot are scary. Hope the fans will make us perform to our best.

We know Liverpool don't deserve the place after their poor season, bug at the end of the day if we don't make it..I would not not be too upset as winning the fa cup makes this season very special.

As we not only need a win, but goals also, perhaps we'd be better off dumping the slowly slowly tippy tappy first half that has beleaguered our performances for weeks now. If we miss out we miss out, but at least go down fighting for a big win and not trying to keep it tight to avoid losing.

The last time we played well from start to finish was the FA Cup quarter final
