Sir Shep Posted 7 August 2021 Posted 7 August 2021 Ain’t going anywhere, Arsenal can only dream and I can’t wait to see their emotionally fragile fans crying in to their Luke warm beer when he’s still here in September. 1 2
Popular Post Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 7 August 2021 Popular Post Posted 7 August 2021 He played well today. Very industrious. That version of Madders I'd very much like to keep. The injured or pirouetting version I'd happily move on. 7
Popular Post TrentFox Posted 8 August 2021 Popular Post Posted 8 August 2021 No denying that when he’s on form, we are a significantly better side. He finds space and holes between the lines that nobody else on our team does. Thought he was good yesterday and looking fitter. 5
lcfc_forever Posted 8 August 2021 Posted 8 August 2021 Wasn't sure where to post this but as this mentions the Arsenal link again, posting in the Transfer section: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2021/08/07/james-maddison-needs-big-season-avoid-unfavourable-jack-grealish/
Popular Post roblcfc84 Posted 8 August 2021 Popular Post Posted 8 August 2021 Based on his role in pre-season and the way he played yesterday there is no way he leaves this summer 9
coolhandfox Posted 8 August 2021 Posted 8 August 2021 Doesn't look to be like a player who wants to leave.

mozartfox Posted 8 August 2021 Posted 8 August 2021 I really struggle why we would sell. ‘Apparently’ any sale would not be for financial reasons, but it could disrupt us and weaken our squad and I turn strengthen Arsenal’s. So what would be in this for us? Who could we buy that would make us stronger? Ok a new CB and a winger, but we would be weaker in the creative aspect. Has he actually said he wants to leave? Are Arsenal a better prospect than us at this point in time? I actually think the way Arsenal has been run since Wenger left is not great. Unless we have ready made new acquisitions targeted which are realistic, we should tell Arsenal to Fuchs off. 2
TheSomersetFox Posted 8 August 2021 Posted 8 August 2021 Offers something that no one else does in the squad. Seems a brilliant lad and I thought he was great yesterday, picked up loads of good positions. Going nowhere 4

They might be ranked third on the all time trophy list of English clubs, however they’re a mile away from challenging for the Premier League. Manchester United is the dream move for him. Much harder to do from Arsenal, than Leicester.

He had a good game took up good positions, set up many attacks with his long passing and tracked back when needed. If your can't see that your blinded by hate. Have you tried meditation and yoga. Really good at clearing the mind and ridding yourself of bad thoughts and negativity. 1 1

He would say the same about UTD, man city, liverpool, chelsea, barca, real, psg....heck any club thats stupid enough to pay over the moon, large salary etc. Oh you want to double my wages? Man i've ALWAYS dreamed of working for you. Any club has to realize that you can't just count on past glories and the city you play in. We recognize that and are trying to make it a winning culture for a reason. I wish any club success but hope it's my/our club that finishes with it all in the end. For now, I'm enjoying the ride for as long as it will last. Be humble and enjoy the times. Every dog has their day. 2
