Im willing to bet if his name wasn’t on the back of his shirt, you’d have no clue who he was
drumbeat Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 (edited) I'd be inclined to hook one of our yellow carded DMs for Hamza, maybe Wilf, and so it now, not wait for BR's usual 60 minute mark. They'll come at us fast and hard from the off and we need to be ready for that. I'd maybe look to make changes further forward (maybe Lookman for Barnes) later. Edited 16 September 2021 by drumbeat

Neither disruptive enough defensively nor progressive going forward for a box to box. Edited 16 September 2021 by martyn 1

FoxesWalk Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 We’ve been possibly worse at the back that in the league so far, where we are the second worst defence for conceding chances so far this season… Was hoping Evans being back would increase concentration levels a bit but doesn’t look like it. Starting to think the issue is also to do with the shield infront of the defence also… they mopped up so many 2nd balls from clearances to keep the pressure on us constantly.
cruzFOX Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 Yeh we can’t keep gifting them opportunities they will eventually find their shooting boots if we oblige. Sort it out Rogers! 3

We look a bit unfit, and too many players either off the pace or not quite at their level, but finishing is all. Like to see some changes though. Foxestalk to a tee. 😂

Hollyfox Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 With Wilf and Soumare on yellows and their pressing, Brendan needs to be clever. Good game though and any outcome is possible at this stage

LVFox Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 Poor since the goal and lucky to be in at HT level. Ndidi and Soumare have offered nothing since being booked (the latter’s positioning has been really worrying). No idea why we switched Daka to RW and Perez to behind Iheanacho when it worked well how we started. Im a big Vestegaard fan though, and the goal was beautiful play.

EastAnglianFox Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 (edited) I just hope that no matter what happens from now people can take a deep breath and just remember that we are playling against Napoli!! They are a fantastic elite level team and we are giving as good as we are getting. I know we have to live in the now but I still struggle to comprehend that we "Leicester City" are joint favourites with the mighty Napoli to win this tournament....enjoy every single minute of this! HankMarvin Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 Been a great chance for KDH to see how good is he is, the amount of posts calling for him to come on as sub you would think he plays like KDB. Time will tell
st albans fox Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 Spaletti will have got into them at HT
Countryfox Posted 16 September 2021 Posted 16 September 2021 Some on here a bit harsh considering this team has never really played together .. 1

With you on Vestegaard, bit worried about their no 9 bullying him a couple of times but I feel so much better with him and Jonny as a pairing
