Don’t matter how many threads or people saying it’s embarrassing it’s not gonna stop unless we pick up and start winning. I’ve said it many times but foxestalk doesn’t represent a majority of match day fans. Foxestalk was pro puel when homes and away crowds wanted him out nearly a year before he went.

If we keep doing it we're not gonna start winning...

Maybe we should all hold up signs saying "at least you took part" and "you're all winners"?

Nobody had won the game at the point fans were booing our own players on to the pitch, so holding up a card saying "You're all winners" would be as dense a thing to do as giving someone who could potentially win the game for us grief before he'd even stepped on to the field.

If you are starting to feel your neck twitching from RAGE, just remind yourself that you could of been a SPURS fan in another lifetime. soooo in hindsight we are looking really good!

Unfortunately the fans who go to the game make up about 10-15% of our seasonal income, the rest comes from the telly and advertising.

So for example if none of us went the game, but we sold Mendy/Hamza our bank balance would be about the same. As hard as it may be for some to hear, our feelings about the performence are irrelevant, all we can do is have a positive impact on match day by clapping, singing nice things or if you've learnt noting about labeling or positive mental attitudes over the last 20 years, booing.

...."you're all winners"  is an affirmation, not a literal term!!!

I have been supporting Leicester long enough to have booed some appalling and half hearted performances. Only after the final whistle though.

Lookman was given instructions at half time IMO, so told to go full throttle as he would be subbed second half.

I've never understood the booing, even after some dreadful performances (weirdly I don't remember much booing when we were objectively bad). It has no positive effect on players or the staff (including the larger club/stadium staff). It further breaks the desired connection between fans and players. Why would any of our star plays want to stay or show loyalty when fans turn on them at a drop of a hat. Further making this all about money. It just comes off as sounding petulant and short-sighted, a bunch of entitled prats. "We pay our money we can do what we want!" Is that what supporting your club is about now? It's depressing that when there's questions about creating an atmosphere in the stadium and one of the few ways a section of the "supporters" manage it is entirely in a negative way. How about using that energy positively? And even if it had zero effect on team performance we'd still have a positive reputation for supporting our team no matter what. Nobody could say we as fans don't do our bit. That's a reputation to be proud of imo. Or we could become another Arsenal.

Went to watch the Yankees today and burst out laughing thinking about some of you when the whole stadium booed the home pitcher for giving up 7 runs, then started a chant about firing the manager, and booed the entertainment at the inning changeover. After the game they interviewed the pitcher and asked him “why he had such a bad game” - thought he was going to cry!

The manager looks shell shocked too and saying they have to put things right in their game tomorrow. Reading comments online it’s full of critique of his performances and how he’s made the team soft. Sound familiar?

American sports gets a bad wrap from a lot of us but they’re not shy in telling their players and managers when they want more from them. Sometimes I don’t think it’s as bad as made out here.
