Not really sure how any of this is Rodgers fault except maybe playing Bertrand over Thomas. 

 

Not really much wrong with the subs. Madders on to play as an 8 in a 3 man midfield was a good call. Iheanacho was getting no service in the second half, swapping him for a midfielder was the right choice. 

 

Soumare on for Hamza also made sense. Hamza was all over the place, for a start, and also hasn't played any football all year but was running himself in to the ground. He was never gonna make 90.

 

We didn't concede goals because he made subs, we conceded goals because our defence is an absolute fvcking shambles at the minute. Choudhury or Iheanacho still being on the pitch wouldn't have stopped either going in.
