Great result. Brendan will get pelters from the usuals but deserves credit. Against a fresh team with a high press we did well.

In all seriousness, that was a tough game and Brentford will wonder how they didn't win, similar to last week vs Chelsea. 

 

Very happy with the 3 points though. They feel better when you don't play that well sometimes! 

 

Tielemans . Unreal strike. 

 

Building some momentum now ahead of some tough games. Just what we need right now. 

 

Special mention for Kasper who kept us in it in first half and for his pass out to Kel. 

 

Happy for Maddison too to get a goal given his recent form too. Good performance overall again.

'newly promoted team' doesn't mean anything. that was a great win and certainly wasn't guaranteed.
