Our back four against Watford is:

 

Bertrand, Nelson, a can of baked beans, Vontae-Campbell

 

Apparently the beans were only narrowly selected ahead of Benkovic and Vestergaard

We really need to start asking some questions about why we’ve got so many injuries.  I know we can’t help AFCON or Covid but the amount of injured players we’ve had in the last 2 years is crazy

Didn’t pay much attention to them so can only speak to the stats but they had the 2nd worst PL defence last season, and were the worst in terms of GA v xGA. Bertrand made 29 appearances and Jannik 30.

Decent line up in the circumstances and reckon that’s the very strongest we can expect. Possibly Daley-Campbell for Castagne and Albrighton for Tielemans or Lookman too, to keep players fresh for the 3 league games in 10 days to follow.

My biggest question there would be: is Nelson ready?

 

I don’t know as I’ve never seen him play

No chance of game being called off, just have to use youth players

 

But any youth players used wont be classed as "experienced youth" towards PL requirements for future requests to call off games

I cannot see us playing a strong side with 3 massive league games afterwards .
