Given the price of the tickets and the quality of the opposition, I'm really surprised that there are 5000+ tickets still unsold. Disappointing really, though I'm not helping as I'm not coming up from London with my boys for this one as it's a school night for them.

Some people are struggling to heat their homes and put fuel in their cars. Football will start to fall down people's pecking order.

Wouldn't surprise me if season tickets drop off next season to especially with them going up in price.

This is it. It’s not the same granted but we now have easy access to watch it every game at home; for free if you know how

25k would be a half decent crowd

Exactly, it's too easy to watch online now.

My season ticket costs about £35 a month at min it's affordable but it's certainly something that would go first if I had to cut bills.

100%

But I also think the casual fan will not be overly excited by the competition or the opposition of this fixture.

Still don't think its that easy for the casual fan to get ticket's.

No ticket office, having to register to get tickets. Add that to a short selling time . Anything over 25k is pretty good to me with the current climate.

Wow that's really surprising to hear. I watched the game against Warsaw and it was near full house - great atmosphere and had a great time! I'd go to this game too if I was in Leicester. Rennes like to have a go so should be a good game. If our boys are on it we can with this but we gotta finish our chances when they come. This French team beat PSG not too long ago 2-0 (granted PSG couldn't hit a bard door on the day despite all the chance) still goes to show we need to take Rennes seriously they got players who can hurt us if we have one of our typical clumsy days. Is it true Lil Wes will make his return in this game?

Very valid point. And watch the newspapers and government slate football for any increases next season. At the same time as their chums raking in the dividends from energy profits

Has it been confirmed they are increasing prices next season?

Winning this one would feel like we’ve properly turned a corner.

A tricky game game but I still believe that at our best we’d crush these.

Soyuncu looks to have regained some confidence. Which I think makes all of the difference

What a difference a month or so makes. People were saying we are in a relegation battle, Brendan was as good as gone and we should throw our games in this Mickey Mouse cup and concentrate on premiership survival. This is football and fortunes in individual games can change in a heartbeat but with players coming back to form and fitness it feels we have definitely turned a corner.

That said these lot will be a stern test. First leg we should definitely be patient and try and hit them with swift counter attack and quick passing through the lines. If we go behind first keep calm and know that as the game wears on more opportunities will arise later in the game. Expect setbacks but don’t lose our heads, it’s normal.  Second leg will be more of the same but if we get a decent result in this first one pressure will be on them and I think that the second leg will suit our game plan. More grey hairs to come but I think we can do this.

Dont think it has been officially confirmed but there has been a few rumours about it.

It wouldn't surprise me though as we are one of the cheaper season tickets in the prem i think....

They will get slated if they put them up, but to be honest its never stopped them before.

I hope that on the Rennes Fans Forum they are saying this English team beat Liverpool not so long ago and has heavily defeated Man United this season. :scarf:

Cost less now than it did about 15 years ago.

I don’t think anyone was saying we should throw games in our best chance to qualify for Europe next season.
