Jesse Marsch explains how Leeds beat Chelsea:

"We said don't play backwards, don't play conservative, keep being on the front foot, keep playing, playing brave and they did that. It was really, really confident and strong performance."

No problem

Well that’s the complete opposite to us… knew we should have got Jesse Marsch when we had the chance. Just hope the club don’t let Matthias Jaissle slip by

If he played a back 5 at home to Brentford he's definitely playing a back 5 vs Chelsea.

Ward

Castagne

Amartey

Evans

Vesty

Justin

Albrighton

Tielemans

Ndidi

KDH

Vardy

Play a low block and we're guaranteed a point by Rodgers' logic.

That's a back 6 with ndidi in the team.

Also I think tielemans is dropped too.  So probably Praet will take his place.

As someone who is going on Saturday can we all just have a good laugh, support the team, take the piss and stay upbeat. I know it’s hard but realistically anything we take on the pitch is a bonus so may as well use the 2 hours between 3 and 5 enjoying ourselves and let

the longer term issues play out wherever that leads for good or ill.

I can see the Sunday headlines now, Sterling masterclass. Strolls past AWOL defence. He'll probably be sitting in the Chelsea stand this weekend.

I wouldn't hesitate to play Fofana in this.

He's still our best defender. Is he purposely gonna be crap and score as many own goals as he can???

Couldn't give a fcuk if Fofana has disrespected the club. Our players do it regularly by playing like dog shit and pissing themselves when the pressure is on.

I would certainly give Iverson the gloves as a reward for his efforts against Stockport. What Brendan will do who knows. Ward is our other "number one." He has failed to show me anything to say he is good enough at this level. Far too nervy in the 3 games which has rubbed off a bit on the defence for me.

Think we just get ran ragged by Chelsea this weekend, they will be bang up for it after the loss at Leeds. Think we will score mind you.

I’d like to see:

                      Iversen

Castagne Evans Soyuncu Justin

                 Ndidi    KDH

Albrighton    Maddison      Barnes

                       Vardy

It will be 5-3-2 with Vardy and Barnes up top. Ward in goal.

...I  will take a 3-5-2, with Barnes playing alongside Vardy, we will have some potency!!!

It would not be like Rodgers to be so innovative.

As long as Amartey keeps his place we can all be happy!

I think we can all agree that after 4 games our problems run far deeper than whether one player is in the squad or not

Just go at them, get in their faces. They haven't looked any good all season and Leeds rumbled them last week by not giving them any time on the ball.

Play two up top as well, not just Vardy on his own.

Just a matter of how many we're going to lose by...

3 or 4-0 is probably about right.

.. everything is pointing to a Chelsea win, worst case,  a masterclass!!!

This is where the typical Leicester comes in, as we will proceed to turn them over.  On the day, if everything goes right, 5-2 to us.

There is no reason why we should walk out of there with any thing, and every one expects a defeat, but it is going to be one of those days, you just know it will be.

Time to put your bets on  the unexpected, the price is going to be long, and it is not impossible, after all, we all know what impossible feels like!!

We’ve no fight, we’ve no inspiration, we’ve no defensive organisation and carry no threat in attack.

The side is unsettled and the manager has all but lost interest.

It’s a recipe for a disaster, and there’s zero chance we will get anything from this game, probably not even a shot on goal. At the moment it’s a hopeless situation, statistics show we’re completely ineffective at both ends of the field, which is relegation form. Plus all of the off field distractions, goading from the Chelsea fans RE Fofana will just spell for a rancid afternoon.

And to add insult to injury, Chilwell will 100% score in front of the Leicester fans and give it the big one.

I’ve started drinking now in preparation.

See this is what any competent manager would do.

We don't have the players to get in their faces. Vardy can't anymore, he hasn't got the energy. KDH can and will. But I can't think anyone else has that aggressive side to them.

When the going gets tough our players tend to back down.
