Id encourage fans either not to turn up or to make the atmosphere toxic. Uts really in the hands of the match going fans now to make it obvious he's not wanted.

Live on TV is the best opportunity to do that.

Seriously tempted to bin it off and go and see Coalville have a go at Notts County.

Nomads v Chesterfield for us.

I'd like to see 20,000 turn up to the Coalville game instead. What a statement that would be!

In all seriousness, you shouldn't. We tend to invest far too much of ourselves in our football teams, when there are usually far more important and rewarding things we could be doing, and too many of us depend for our happiness on football - something we have absolutely no control over.

To be honest, I wasn't meaning to have a go at you personally and I'm sorry if it came across that way, I was just aiming for a cheap joke at the way a lot of what people are saying sounds like 'I'm not going to support us if we're crap' - when a lot of the same people would doubtless mock any glory hunters who only started supporting Leicester in 2016.

One of the most measured posts I’ve read in some time. I’m 56 and I dislike how much my mood is dictated by our fortunes. Ok the bad mood dissipates after a few hours, but overnight I woke at about 5am and started feeling low about City. It’s genuinely bonkers, as in the rest of my life I’m a pretty sane calm individual known for staying calm under pressure.

Bloody Leicester City

To be fair it’s worth blinking this shit off to watch Coalville…..

Problem is that we need wins. And it shouldn't be left to the fans to force the issue when the manager has been so awful on and off the pitch this season.

I'm still willing to back the players. The club should not have put us in this position.

Score first.

Half time.

Vieira makes necessary changes.

Palace score.

Palace score again.

Rodgers leaves it too late to change things.

Rodgers changes things, makes wrong subs.

Palace score again to seal the game.

You forgot to add change the direct passing out the back to the CM in the first half to defensive passing side to side and back till we cause our own mistake and concede. Carry on the same tactics for another goal.

Yeah but rather than talk about it, do it.

Actually make a statement that 10 m a year Rodgers can go and fook himself.

Coalville might have half a chance with a big crowd behind them

Who really even cares about football anymore.

That's how I'm feeling.

Till he goes no point watching, just gonna be the same shit.

Exactly this what are the board thinking is going to change at this point.

It's really baffling.

Of course. That's just a given these days ;)

I agree the fans shouldn't be, but here we are. Its negligent of the fans at this stage if they continue to clap and smile like everything is fine.

Itll continue to harm the club if the fans show compliance and acceptance. The top brass clearly think everything is hunky dory.

I am dreading watching this on holiday. I almost hope the hotel can't show it so I have no choice.

Seriously - just don't. Enjoy your holiday instead.

It's highly likely that if we win you'll be no less happy about that than if you'd watched it.

And I can pretty much guarantee that if (when) we lose, you'll be much less sad/angry about it than if you'd watched it.

Desperate times mean desperate measures. Vesty should play in this game. He is no worse than the others. JJ should be dropped and at least 3 others. Out of a hat if he can't decide

Basically this. There's a whole load of things we can do around structure and personnel, but we all know it's going to be the same old same old. Mindless playing from the back and endless backwards and sideways passing. Easy Palace win.

So the man that's scored 2 in 2 should be dropped? Or are you just playing Vards because he used to be decent?

Rodgers says we played well first half

Rodgers says we will get back on the training pitch and try and get back to what we know we are capable of in the next game

Rinse and repeat.

Hard to judge them this season as they've played a couple fewer than everyone else. Think this is a massively congested period for them too. Must admit they don't look great here against Leeds but I think the likes of Zaha, Olise, Eze will enjoy our high full backs.

Your first para is absolutely spot on and I'm very much guilty of depending on City to provide happiness. It's been a feature of my life. Have to find a way to distance myself sometimes but I don't think I can. I'm too old and this is really breaking my heart.
