If your arm is above shoulder level then if it’s struck then it’s a pen (unless it’s deflected onto it)

There does but it’s to fine a line. Players will always moan at anything anyway.

Why?  You can’t stop your run up but there’s an art to stuttering and still keeping control of the kick. The advantage is supposed to be with the  kicker.

Standard of refs gets worse by the week, not even sure some of them understand the laws of the game.

Dislike both teams and Guardiola, hate when he goes and hugs opposition players and has an on field chat after the match, that was a pen under current rules and both sides would have pushed for it.

If you're jumping for the ball, how on earth can that be judged as 'arm in an unnatural position'. 

Unfortunately we have too many people officiating, who don't understand the game, or that jumping means you're arms move too.

It's harsh and unlucky for Grealish but that's the right decision with the current rules. Definitely a pen for me

I get why it is a penalty but to me it is a natural result of twisting around.

 

These decisions where the ref has to confirm via the screen what they've been told needs to change.
