Newcastle Away - League Cup Quarter Final Pre Match

Recommended Posts

Or on the positive side, Newcastle are starting to believe their own hype and this will be the start if them falling off. Almiron trying ridiculous stuff tonight he wouldn't have tried a year ago,  because now he thinks he can do anything. Confidence is fine, over confidence not so much.

But yeah they'll probably be back on it and we'll lose badly lol

Sheff Weds have shown that the way you beat Newcastle United is to be physical.  Kick them here and there, lean in, win headers - they really don't like it up 'em.

Still, very much looking forward to us passing around the back and coming a cropper.

Ndidi out, Mendy in. Dont need a player who cant pass a ball 5 yards be exposed to a high press

Ndidi not right at the moment, so would go Mendy

...watching him, mess up, poor passes and not chasing to rectify his mistakes, you wonder why he accepts these performances!!!

He is playing a lot further forward that he should be, and for someone who had such pride in what he did, there is a quiet acceptance of one he is currently producing.

Time he got his heart back and become that player again, he needs a new start elsewhere.
