No he isn't but we should be looking to firefight now and try to recruit permanently in the summer anyway unless a top class option is available now. 

 

I'd be more incline to take Potter if we'd already survived but people seriously want to him to leave Chelsea after a disastrous six months and immediately come here to fight relegation?

Could easily get Potter... but in the Summer. No way he jumps straight from Chelsea to us inside a week or two. He will take time off and likely be available in the summer. Interim manager still most likely.

Potter just seems to be a more amiable Brendan, feel like we'd end up in a similar situation.

 

Surely Potter leaves it a while before getting back on the horse to allow a bit of distance behind the Chelsea debacle and he can remind people about how ok he was at Brighton.

Cant see Potter risking a relegation on his cv and coming here. Hes better off waiting until next season when a more stable club comes in. Dont think id particularly want him aswell with his often dismal scoring records

Not accusing anyone of doing this, but all those who said we wouldn't be able to attract anyone better than Rodgers should not turn their nose up at Potter if he is prepared to come here.

Potters sides don't score enough goals, at Brighton and Chelsea under him this season it's 32 in 28 in the league, and 8 of those were against us.

Cant see why Potter would consider joining a club fighting relegation, with only 10 games to go. I'd imagine he's going to have a break now until the summer. If we some how stay up, it might be something he'd pursue in the summer.

Still living off a Europa League run at Ostersunds. Been bang average at Swansea & Brighton and dreadful at Chelsea.

Not for me, his Brighton team played some dire football. Only decent spell he had with them was at the start of this season. Before that barely scored any goals.

One job for a few months doesn't define the good work he's done at Brighton (who absolutely schooled us) and Ostersunds
