What transport has Harry been allocated? The ceremonial Space Hopper circa 1977? Number 37 bus?

Bundled in a taxi and back to the airport.

Must be tricky to play the tuba while riding a horse.

Honestly not a sentence I ever expected to read.

But absolutely.

Now we going to get a weeks worth of why wasn’t Harry on the Balcony

You'd have to be a bit dim to not understand why Harry wasn't on the balcony.

Or Andrew, or any of the non working royals.

I know, I can’t understand anyone here wanting to sleep with a Tory either - no matter how strong her right arm and wrist appear to be..

Announced that he wasn't invited. Why would he be, he's not a working royal. Lucky that he got an invite. Best ignored, that's what he wants isn't it :dunno:

To my amazement, given what's been going on today, Penny turned up at the park as arranged.

She's obviously a woman of her word, but I was a bit shocked that she was smoking as much as she was, and disappointed that she'd followed through on her insistence that she bring the massive sword with her.

She was playing it for laughs when she demanded the ice creams at sword point, but the old woman in the ice cream van was genuinely terrified.

The mood improved when she started swinging the sword around her head, and soon a small, boisterous crowd had gathered round and were cheering her on. She tried to do some fancy sword play, but although she's a big strong girl, the weapon was just too heavy and it looked shit. Instead, she got the crowd to throw apples, cabbages and stuff like that in her general direction and she'd take a swipe at them. She didn't manage to make contact with any of them, but got pretty close and the crowd were loving it.

Unfortunately, just as she was taking a really big swing with the sword, a lad off the estate on one of those mini motorbikes that they train chimps to ride in Russian circuses rides by a bit too close, and Penny only slices him clean in half!

She's trying to laugh it off, blaming it on having one eye slightly bigger than the other, but I can sense the mood of the crowd start to change a bit, so I sneak off.

I didn't really expect anything to come of it, but I'm grateful to her for turning up and very happy to tick that one off my list!

I love the statement "not my King" and "I didn't vote for him". The fact is no-one but no-one votes for a monarch, they are not elected.

It is an historical constitution and a society that we have all been borne into.

If you don't like it there are many other places in the world to live. Try Putin's Russia or Erdogan's Turkey just two examples you might be happier with.

Will it cost me a 10er for a Freddo and a can of Coke in Russia or Turkey? If not it’s already feeling like an improvement imho

So many sheep in this country who just follow what the mainstream media spew out. Having people who just want to protest arrested shows that we don't live in a democracy, we live in an authoritarian society.

One little lad didn’t make it there either ..  he would probably have had a front row seat in the Abbey ..  and have been a part of the procession along the Mall ..  in fact it may well have been one of the most memorable times of his life ..  seeing his Grandad being crowned King  ..  unfortunately Mummy said no. Selfish cow.  :)
