Switching to now listening to the championship games on LCFC.com with my earbuds (in bed for the midweek games). No coverage other than PL over here.

After the world cup here my two young boys got really interested in football and LCFC (after showing no interest previously). So in March this year i bought them the each a kit. One wanted Barnes on the back, the other Maddison and they sat down and watched all the games with me (with kit on). With LCFC (very likely to) not being in the PL I will have to make an effort to keep them interested in LCFC and not move on to another PL team. My Dad was a LCFC supporter, I have been all my life despite growing up in Australia, and now my kids are just getting started. So for me that is the saddest  part of LCFC getting relegated.

Anyone know of a subscription streaming service that covers the championship?

All championship clubs stream their games via their own ifollow channels

Thanks .. there is a god!!!

International Streaming

All Championship matches can be streamed by Clubs internationally, except for any games selected for international broadcast.

I absolutely hate it, my biggest pet peeve are the god awful numbers and lettering on the back of the cheaply made shirts.

These next stretch of years are going to really test us, we might need Terry Waite in in some capacity.

Not much to look forward to tbh but for me just away days the most.

But also escaping from the same old top 6 and all the favours they get. I voted for that.

I think a lot of managers in the PL are risk averse and some games are over tactical due to the value of keeping that precious PL status.  It can result in tippy tap games that are all about not losing   The Championship is often more direct, more mistakes, more drama.

Having said that, The Championship is just a wasteland and there is no reason to feel optimistic about a return,

I'm looking forward to the club treating the fans better when they realise that the demand for tickets is no longer there lol

I get the feeling a lot more games will make it to general sale next season and they will not insist on everyone becoming a member In order for them to purchase a match ticket.

The joke ID checks at away games…

That’s not going to happen anymore…

I've got a horrible feeling we may be disappointed. The club's disgraceful handling of Newcastle ticketing has proved they'd rather have barely any of us there than make it easier for fans to buy.

To be honest i think the only way the club will change it's policies regarding match tickets is if we spend a few seasons in the championship or if we find ourselves really struggling towards the bottom of that league.

The club in general is disgraceful in the way it treats the fans. The lower down the leagues you go the better the fans get treated in my opinion.

Yeah I don't think they suddenly drop any of this shite. I think they still plough on with it all plus the digital tickets until we are are couple of seasons in the champ and back to the hardcore 25K like a poster said above.

I'm not looking forward anything really, not unless we're 10 points clear at the top of the table at Christmas in which case I 'll be looking forward to promotion back to the Premier League.

if im honest, sort of looking forward to the championship next season, least we shouldnt get 2pm/4pm Sunday kick offs, aint arsed about the friday night or other midweek ones

getting rid of the ones who dont want to be here, potentially playing some of the younger lads, like Alves, Braybrooke, Marcal-Madivada, Maswanhise, Nelson etc

i know we'll get rid of a few out too

Shame if Hamza goes, think he'd do well for us in the championship

Looking forward to the possibility of getting a couple of season tickets, and as I listen here to Hartson talking about Cov, I think although this is a low point, we will be back, and it will be an enjoyable ride watching us return, and at least I don’t have to read articles about Dean Smith moaning again about Monday fixtures, I mean, it’s actually an advantage as we’ll know the results, moaning about it only breeds negativity which doesn’t help

And more freedom to mis-hit a pass and gift the opposition an easy counter attack

Thats not how things work. You make more mistakes under pressure.

must admit i’m looking forward to a guaranteed 48 games.  That in itself would be a shock to any players that stick around.

That cold tuesday night in stoke is going to be real once again

Supporting a brand new Leicester. Change of manager, change of most of the players, change of owner? A fresh start. (not looking forward to it Al all really, just seeing what shit looks like with a bit of glitter on it)
