Popular Post AmarteyAndChill Posted 10 June 2023 Popular Post Posted 10 June 2023 (edited) lmao, thats what happens when you half arse it for a year, people think youre crap! For someone who supposodly wanted champions league football, feels slightly embarrasing for him... Edited 10 June 2023 by AmarteyAndChill 9 1
kingston_fox Posted 10 June 2023 Posted 10 June 2023 Confirms he overstated his value. Cant imagine the signing on fee is that astronomical and he doesn't even get champions league football. Guess he gets to stay local and as you said, takes a side ways step 1

st albans fox Posted 10 June 2023 Posted 10 June 2023 Nowt to do with us now ‘players who used to play for us’ ! 3
99 Problems Posted 10 June 2023 Posted 10 June 2023 He’ll be happy with that. European football at a side who is chasing to be regular top 6. He’s not a top 4 player and that’s why he’s ended up there.
Popular Post Soar Fox Posted 10 June 2023 Popular Post Posted 10 June 2023 (edited) So even if we had stayed up he would have left us for Villa. Bloke downed tools for 18 months and didn’t even get the champions league football he wanted Edited 10 June 2023 by Steve_Walsh5 7

ian__marshall Posted 10 June 2023 Posted 10 June 2023 He's a great technical footballer but I genuinely think he's going to struggle to break into that side. Kamara and Luiz are head and shoulders above him and are guaranteed starters, so it's then between him and McGinn, however they'll lose a lot of energy in the centre of the park if they drop McGinn for Tielemans so I can only see him being used against the weaker sides in the league. 1
Popular Post Mike1983 Posted 10 June 2023 Popular Post Posted 10 June 2023 Laziest player ever, good riddance. 5
Popular Post Tuna Posted 10 June 2023 Popular Post Posted 10 June 2023 Those who allowed this to happen on a free transfer should hang their heads in shame, outrageous. 6

Sir Shep Posted 10 June 2023 Posted 10 June 2023 Let it go, time will tell whether he is as good as he thinks he is and Rogers ball knocked it out of him, or he's just average with 5 worldie goals a season in him.
Gerard Posted 10 June 2023 Posted 10 June 2023 He's been crap for two years but masked it with a few worldie goals in between, when he arrived here he used to run games but he hasn't been that player for an age. Quite funny really that he wouldn't sign a new contract for us two years ago and ended up taking a downward step from the 2020/2021 Leicester.
Criggers Posted 10 June 2023 Posted 10 June 2023 What a fall from grace. 6 months as what seemed like a world class player, about a year and a half being very, very good, then two years eating pies whilst sharing the occasional banger with us. 2

He thought he would get a champions league club, instead he's ended up with another version of what we were. Well done Youri, maybe if he could have gave a f**k in the last 2 seasons he might have got his dream move, instead he has had to settle for more of what he had. Berk! Grebfromgrebland Posted 10 June 2023 Posted 10 June 2023 This hurts me and when I see our other players whom I've cheered on over the years that will hurt too. I guess I'm still coming to terms with relegation. 2
