Would be really disappointed if he was sold however I think the issue is does he fit in with Enzo's style of play? No point keeping him if he isn't going to fit the system.

Think it's more to do with him having a year left on his deal. We've probably asked about an extension and he's said no thanks. We don't want to be burned again ala Youri

Considering his value to us in terms of goals, it is a bargain. Everton probably laughing it's so cheap, even with 1 year left.

Not sure he'll be benched as much as you think, in my opinion. Dyche would often play with a target man and finisher at Burnley. Not even sure he had that 'luxury' last season of both types of player at Everton.

Will see. I like Nacho as much as everyone but I do feel he is hugely overrated by a lot of us (its my opinion - don't lynch me as i know its not a popular opinion). However, we cannot afford to have someone running down a contract on large wages so I am actually very supportive of offloading him as long as we have incomings. Want to get as much as possible but we cannot gloss over the fact he has not been fancied by any management we have had and he has 1 year left on his deal with a championship club. The fact the rumours are only Everton and Forest, both who are going to be scrapping away near the bottom again, tells you he's not massively fancied elsewhere.

Let him go if he wants I’m sure we will find a replacement, I think he is to slow to play in the system Enzo is going to deploy, I think he would do well at Everton

Agreed he's almost held in folklore here. Was amazing against spurs and villa then dreadful the next few games which sort of sums up his career here

It’s £10 mil now or a season of him half-heartedly strolling around on relatively massive wages before leaving on a free.

We had Youri last season do the same thing so it appears we’ve learned from our mistake. The fee should be bigger but it’s just not worth keeping him.

I actually think he would do well at Everton. Good backup for DCL but also an option to play both together in a Dyche 4-4-2.

Iheanacho is far better than Calvert Lewin. Calvert lewin has 47 goals 12 assists in 12000 minutes, iheanacho has 42 goals 25 assists in 7700 minutes.

DCL is an absolutely woeful striker.

Everton have two of the worst finishers, statistically, in the league.

Yes, I tend to agree. Nacho is so unpredictable, I don't think we can risk him having a relatively poor season. Reluctantly, I'd take the cash, get his wages off the bill and invest in a new striker, hopefully Piroe, as he would add something different to our forward line.

Almost certain Piroe will join when Kelechi goes. Jury is out on this of course but needs must. Piroe is a proven championship striker and young, Kelechi has one year left and probably wants to stay in the top flight. It's just where we are. We would all love to keep players but we have little control after relegation.

DCL can be unplayable at times. Miss aside I thought he was excellent against us at KP

If Rodgers doesn't want to carry Iheanacho's defensive work rate in a two striker system there's no way Dyche will.

I mean, I think that's more to do with the fact Rodgers is very adverse to playing two up front. He also doesn't seem to demand his players press from the front which suits Kelechi down to the ground.

He is consistently one of the statistically least accurate strikers in the Premier League, along with Neal Maupay.

He's awful. There's a good reason Everton struggle for goals.

Is it? 1 year left and has been a bit part player for a long time. Its about right.

Not when Man City are offloading youth players with zero Prem games for 15 million +

Also, only been a bit part player because we've had a buffoon for a manager.

Bargain for anyone who gets him. I know it's been discussed on here but how did we have this many people out of contract? It's like we had some sort of contract renewal ban.

That why they're currently scraping around for loans and free transfers and haven't spent anything yet?

They can afford kel - they are being careful but that doesn’t mean they can’t spend anything

Bossed us in the home game, think we would have won comfortably without him playing.

Maybe not the best finisher but good target man.

i didnt think Everton were flush with money and given the FFP stuff still hanging over them, they feel like theyve got nothing to worry bout,

by such logic surely we should be ok to spend more:ph34r:

Kel to everton on the other hand, dont sit well imo but its whatever, ill miss him and good luck to him if he goes there
