Farke has a ceiling, he could be better then Maresca but there could be a chance that Enzo it the real deal.

You have to think Maresca is more of a gamble.

Farke has experience but not done anything special, Maresca he is unknown and who knows he could turn out great. Gamble for us but exciting still to not go for the usual names

The manager with potential, Farkes Norwich team stunk the Premier league out. Genuinely worse than Burnley.

Whilst remaining respectful to the league and our opponents. For me, we need to keep the mindset of a Premier League team. Hiring a manager out of his depth at that level isn't the way forwards

Maresca every time. I'd rather listen to the latest blistering indie band from the arse end of Salford (who we may never hear of again) than the latest offering from Coldplay

Farke is a Parker, a Smith, a Hasenhüttl...    All a bit "meh"

Enzo is an unknown and that brings excitement with it.

It could go horribly wrong, but I have not felt this good about the club for a long time.

Maresca is an educated guess. May be a disaster but I think there are enough respected anecdotes out there for him to get a crack.

If we had appointed Farke fans would be going for him with a poor start, I suspect Maresca will be given much more time having the background he has.

I would say educated gamble, rather than guess.

Must admit I'm a big fan of Farke's hair and attempting to grow mine the same style

She has no choice but takes the piss out of me regularly for trying to grow it long.

Farke has it just right - his hair is a thing of beauty

Gladbach part ways with manager Daniel Farke
