Signs that thinks are clicking much more now, and smashing Southampton for 4 in their own back yard sends out a big statement.

Vesty Class, Mavididi class when he wanted to be. I love Kasey... Felt like a lot of our penetrative passes really came off this time. Mads passes into the midfield when they came off are great.

The amount of people that got made to look silly by players in the match thread tonight was quite funny

By far our best performance, excellent stuff for long stretches. Shame about the error from Doyle (again). 
 

Mavididi and Vestergaard absolutely superb. Special mention to Vardy, who was miles better and his movement for Kasey’s goal was as good as an assist.

Interesting to see how many of the players went over to Vestergaard to make a fuss of him, perhaps a more popular figure than we’d expect and his contribution obviously recognised by the squad.

Bad goal conceded but actually defended pretty well when we weren't creating problems for ourselves.

What a pleasing result and performance. We were in desperate need of new “hero’s” after last season and slowly slowly, we are getting them.
