Yes, we'll be fine and we'll probably never remember this game again but something for the last 5 games hasn't been right. 

 

Middlesbrough today were one of the worst teams we've come up against and we've still managed to not create much.

 

It's not "RED ALERT" but we need to discuss.

Yep our finishing and decision making in the final 3rd is poor. There is no way we offer Iheancho a new deal, we either sell in Jan if we can get a buyer or lose for free. Cant be paying him the big bucks when he's been pretty disappointing this season

We aren't awful, but we lack someone who can score goals consistently.  I guarantee this season none of our strikers reach 20 goals.  And that will be our undoing if we fall off enough to miss the two top positions.

I hate to question him, but I think Enzo needed to change things a lot earlier. Not just today, but for a few games. 

 

He's been bullet proof for so long but a true manager worth their weight will reflect and navigate us though this.

Our striker is rarely involved or playing behind the two attacking 8's most of the time.

The two attacking 8's are not much of a goal threat, KDH started the season well but don't see him as a goalscorer and his general play has really started to fade now.

Apart from McAteer's early season form the wingers rarely contribute goals. We need to improve how we're going about things else we'll defintiely we caught up in the coming games. 

Mix it up, we've become predictable.

If you insist on always pass, pass, passing it in, using close interplay, and never shooting from distance, you deny yourself a potential alternative route to victory.

We created plenty of chances today, it was the execution of the final shot, combined with some poor decision making and some very good saves from the keeper that cost us.

I didn't say he wasn't. You said he's been doing great, he hasn't. I wanted him here but he'd be another no doubt that wouldn't be flexible enough to play this death by football system.
