Phew! We're dead lucky they already appointed Tuchel otherwise England might have come to poach Cooper!

The FA would´ve paid us 15 mill to get him....

Yeah I do half agree with them. He didn’t seem to give them anything unless it was so blatant today. We’ve also got a penalty for the same thing they’ve been denied one for.

We’d be spitting feathers if the ref puts that performance in against us today.

Seems they are blaming the ref as much as their manager. One example...

Feel a bit sorry for RM as the referee was bent as a nine bob note. Missed everything, bookings were a joke. VAR should have looked at the Vardy foul on Suga as let's face it, he has previous with injuring people.

When I was reading the match thread earlier people were saying good starting 11, "honking bench". The starting 11 were dreadful and the subs changed the game. I'm starting to think that some people in here talk out their arses.

Mr state the obvious

Really? Would like to see that.

It was a talksport one. They were basically saying Cooper made good subs and that's when Harry said they should be starting!

I actually feel like this, my elation at that winner soon turned to “Cooper still hasn’t got a clue”. It really is a strange feeling.

I fail to understand how a manager who apparently watched all our games last season doesn’t use Fatawu and Mavadidi at the same time… look what happens when he did. His decisions really make me wonder what he’s trying to do. That, I think, is what’s really frustrating fans and wanting him out.

As much as I understand and share the sentiment, how is this sensible when most expected us to struggle this season, but now we are suddenly in a decent position.

its terribly confusing.

Said no one ever. I'm glad he bought Ayew on.

I actually thought it was a good sub before he scored … honest.

That’s really because I think he shouldn’t start games and should come on as sub late in games. He can help transition the ball upfield - especially with his falling over.

He’s not a bad signing in that role but, due to the money we paid for him, I think he was bought as a starter. He’s not a starter and nor is he a long term prospect - but today he’s a legend :scarf:

It's not confusing at all.

The players have dug him out of the shit again. Coupled with Southamptons collapse.

Let's not kid ourselves, Ayew totally scuffed that winner lol

Surprised it got past Ramsdale. He got a hand to it too. Must have been unsighted.

That in no way relates to what I said, as I was referring to expectations and the position we find ourselves in.

I understand what you’re saying, we were meant to struggle… and we are, every game seems to be an uphill task. We’re constantly having to fight back from poor starts, poor refereeing decisions, poor tactics and we’re making it work. Is that due to Cooper? Is this the tactics every game? If so it’s a struggle, a genuine struggle.

Still massively Cooper out.

Fatawu changed the game today, he should start every game.

Set up to negative again in the first half, we was lucky today again.

Imagine what a half decent manager could achieve with this team I think with Cooper we fight relegation.

Without him and we could be as comfortable as 12th come rhe end of the season.

I’ve been off the booze since August so I’ll save my next drink for when Steven Cooper leaves the club I think pal

Much as I want him gone it's 6 out of 6pts. A much better game today aswell. So we know he's going no time soon.

Beat the tree's Friday and he'll be bulletproof with some on here. We'll lot's I guess.
