Under long spells of pressure but I don’t think we have been half as bad as you lot make out. We show some promising signs, defending relatively well. Just tactically we clearly need some coaching on what to do on the break and work on passing v pleased for the early goal exactly what we needed.

Skipp on for Ndidi or Soumare is the most obvious substitution we’ll ever see.

You really want Soumare to play well but he disappoints time and time again.

Well the first 90 seconds were good.

 

The big positive is that West Ham are playing in a way that should really benefit us if we’re better with the final ball. A clean sheet looks barely possible though.

We look for the first time this season (whatever the result) like a ****ing football team, playing for the shirt with a plan and a purpose. Yes we’ve ride our luck but I don’t care about that with the players we have available.

Is it just me that thinks Ndidi needs to go back to being played in the old DCM way he was as I see him doing this patrolling role still well. Perhaps he needs the playmaker ahead of him that could be Skipp or even Winks.

The Bilal, Facundo, Vardy understanding was a plus there. Mav's pace might be a good alternative to Kasey in the second half.
