A win is a win nice to be on the other side of a 1-0 win that wasn’t pretty . 2 out of 3 wins with a squad that’s still very unsettled is not bad going whatever league you are in. Fingers crossed we can get a 1 or 2 in and who ever is going is gone over the next few days.

Jacub brilliant. Soumare grew into the game, he needs a positive mindset from the get go. Choudhary did a good job.

Other than that our fluidity is non existent, I couldn’t tell you what we were trying to do from an attacking sense other than give to to Fatawu and hope he takes on his man. More presence higher up in centre mid is needed

We scored,  we won, we kept a clean sheet. Can't ask more than that! Obviously there's lots of stuff to work on but a win is a win which is a win!.

3 points is all that matters after this week. Hopefully, a team around the playoffs, will make us more attractive going into the final week of the transfer market should we choose to spend some money. We need to back Marti with a few signings.

Thats was ugly. I will take it though.

Only Jakub impressing me and I can't fault the kids. Abdul with the matchwinner and thats what he can do, but apart from that, he had a proper stinker. We need some midfield power and a proper striker.

I mean we've won, which is great, but it felt like a relief at the full time whistle. Not sure that should be the feeling against a newly promoted side lol

I’m delighted with that. I’d have a team kicking shit out of us down as a loss all day long, especially given it was a team that (to put it politely) is in transition.

They ground it out though. They stood up to the opposition physically, especially the young kids. Yeah Monga was quiet, but he stood up to someone at times literally kicking lumps out of him.

We also defended well especially Hamza who I thought would get rinsed by Campbell beforehand.

Obviously still a little to work to, especially personnel wise before the window closes, but I guess I’m just delighted to see a bit of fight.

Not the free flowing attacking football I wanted, but a resolute defensive performance.  Okoli with quality blocks, Hamza had a good game too.

Fatawu generally poor except for his goal.

We gave the ball away cheaply waaaaaaay too often.

Looked better with Winks on the pitch.

Bitch all you want, 3 points is 3 points. Pretty ugly but given what Cifuentes has to work with at the moment I'm not sure what he's supposed to do.

I thought Vestergaard and Okoli were both pretty solid. Ironically Fatawu was generally dire other than his goal (and he took a well-deserved rebuke from Vesty for cheaply giving the ball away late), but that's why you have players who can change the game with one moment of brilliance. And right now he's the only one we have.
