Agent will have offered him around, that’s what this means. And with the wages he’s on, if there’s a reasonable offer we would take it, even without a replacement. 
 

Still think this is unlikely but all it takes is a last minute injury and clubs get desperate.

Cashing in on him would be a wise move though, but losing our two most physically imposing central midfielders would be a bit shitty.

Happy to, last year of contract too, so makes loads of sense, but this late in the window we have to have his replacement/extra body basically in-house already
