Pleased to see Monga in. Pleased to see Soumare and Ayew dropped. Fair play to Marti for trying something different.

Whilst he isn't playing and probably isn't in the ground I still think a few minutes of dogs abuse for Danny Ward is in order.

Absolutely fair play to Marti tonight he's changed the team based on performance. Dropped Ayew, Mavs and walk back soumare. Playing young monga. Clearly recognised soumare in the double pivot isn't working. 

Brave manager making tactical pragmatic changes what a breath of fresh air this is. 

 

Completely anecdotal but Soumare and Faes should never be on the pitch together at the same time. Like an alloy metal they merge together and create something super in their case just super terrible calamitious football. Never should the two meet. 

 

No Ayew slowing our attack down either. Will be fun to see Daka run through into a 1:1 and trip over but here's to hoping. 

 

Excited to see what Happens. Pretty sure RVN would still be rolling out the same 11.

It needs to be said that Soumaré had one of his best games for the club last time out (I know,I know, the bar is fairly low) and then he isn't selected this time.

 

It may be rotation, it may be his fitness, it might be broader tactics.

 

It might also be Marti just wanting a different result and changing things to give other players a chance.

 

Fair play to him for mixing it up.

Yeh let's play our injury prone best player 2 games in 4 days, what could possibly go wrong? As much as Vestergaard and Faes aren't well liked, they are still our best centre backs and are 2 of the best in this league. BDCR is clearly well liked by Marti and has a very good record at this level. By all means criticise after the game if we don't win but I honestly don't see much wrong. We can't play the same team twice a week all season, we need to use the squad, whether you like them or not

I also think that a win is so crucial here for the fan base. I personally think we have already dropped too many points but I think other fans will start to realise something similar too.

Dont get too excited its just rotational due to 3 games this week. It will be back to the same team that played at WBA for the  Swansea game. Guaranteed.
