He has been seemingly poor with his decision making of late but he has crap options. This is on Rudders and those salary stealing cvnts on the pitch. Personally id keep him for stability and sack off all the shite then give him a few months with a relatively new squad next season otherwise it'll just be years and years of this crap What has he shown to suggest he should be given any kind of long term trust? The longer he is here the worse we are getting, he doesn't have a clue and he hasn't shown anything at all that suggests he can find any kind of success Can you name one single positive about him and his time here so far? 1
foxfanazer Posted 21 October 2025 Posted 21 October 2025 Some of you lot are bonkers We never learn a thing 4
GingerrrFox Posted 21 October 2025 Posted 21 October 2025 (edited) He’s the managing equivalent of Cava. It’s dressed up like Champagne, you think this looks interesting, you get a bit excited about the bubbles and then you realise actually it’s just a shit imitation of the real stuff with a horrid after taste. Please go and get a manager who will actually put his faith in youth. Edited 21 October 2025 by GingerrrFox 2 1

We all know that. Does Marti know that? Im not so sure. He seems to have given new life to the Leicester Careers of Ayew, Faes, Vestergaard, Daka, Soumare etc. This was supposed to be the season where we rebuilt around the academy and he has not delivered. 4
Popular Post FOXSE Posted 21 October 2025 Popular Post Posted 21 October 2025 I swear, we would hVe a new manager every four games if left to this place! 6 2

markko Posted 21 October 2025 Posted 21 October 2025 There are a lot more problems than him. He has some shocking players. Soumare and Faes and Daka. I would not.play any of them again. Let's not kid ourselves we are getting a few rusty bolts for the three of them. They don't want to be here. See you later. 3 1

But at the same time its been like it for the past 4 managers so the issue lies a lot deeper I agree some of his decision making and selections lately have been utterly dross.. but everyone is utter shite

Lambert09 Posted 21 October 2025 Posted 21 October 2025 Let’s be real, if we sack him we will look down the unimaginative list and end up with Russel Martin don’t we.
Popular Post whoareyaaa Posted 21 October 2025 Popular Post Posted 21 October 2025 Glory days are over for now, when you accept that you will stop calling for every manager to be sacked we need a whole new team of players no manager would get a tune out of this squad none. 9

PAULCFC Posted 21 October 2025 Posted 21 October 2025 I echo what @Ric Flairsaid on the BSLB........says one thing and does another about youth...........and my patience is wearing very thin!

Exactly. Managers are constantly the fall guys for that bloke and pathetic DOF

Popular Post The Year Of The Fox Posted 21 October 2025 Popular Post Posted 21 October 2025 Really mixed thoughts on this. I like the guy from what I know about him. My initial reaction is, ‘If he starts with the likes of Soumare, Faes etc etc again, then yes- get rid’ But then I forget what I said in the summer. It doesn’t matter who we employ, Top and Rudkin are still here. Sacking a manager changes absolutely **** all when we’ve got these tossers at the helm 8
Tielemans63 Posted 21 October 2025 Posted 21 October 2025 Seems like a nice bloke, but a bit shit at management. I've not seen much on the pitch to get excited about. I'd rather we had an absolute bellend in charge who knew what he was doing.
