Some selective thinking here - she may have had held concerns at the footballing side and was approachable. But there was some absolutely stinking decisions she was directly involved in which was rather more directly against the fans

As I said before on another thread about her and this situation, it couldn't have been easy for her or her family listening to certain sections of the crowd singing "Susan's A Sl&g" to the same tune of Rudkin's A C*nt.

The latter I was happy to sing along with but the Susan one was a bit too much and went too far for me.

So that’s Vards and Nige with glowing references for Susan, and they would know more than most. Looks like Aiyawatt’s plan is to get rid (or make life difficult so they leave) of all the competent staff and replace them with KP shrills and saps. NKFC now is it?

Think to the digs Vardy has made towards Rudkin as well and the fact he mentioned everyone apart from him when he left….

Same Susan Whelan that was behind the FA Cup final bus farce and was the driver of the stupid ticket policy we have?

No one’s perfect 😉

Anyway, apart from the roads, the sanitation, the aqueduct …………

Our interim MD’s linked in experience below. Genuinely think I’d be better qualified to do the job than she is.

Except that's an enterprise level role, in a 14bn T/O business.  her budgetary responsibility is likely to be in the £100m's and teams of upto 100 people.

It's a retail and wholesale business and she would be responsible for improving supply chain performance.

On the surface, her role here is heading up a retail subsidiary of KP Group.  Probably a natural next step in her career.

CLEARLY she isn't a football person. Nor was Susan Whelan by the way.

Let's give her a chance before we write her off as a glorified manager of KFC.

So far she’s headed up changing the Christmas payroll date with a day’s notice.

Off to a flyer, she’s been here for months and months and this the only thing that’s happened publicly so far. But come on let’s give her a chance.

Her name was increasingly mentioned alongside Rudkin's towards the end of her time here, so I don't think we miss her specifically.

If Aiyawatt had even an ounce of Vichai's business nouse instead of bobbing around with a big stick on a horse, he'd have had a succession plan in place and wouldn't have had to take on the role himself. What we miss is a competent, experienced CEO.

TBF most writers and pundits speak about her as one of the better chief execs out there and fact that Vardy was gushing about her when she quitbis an indication she was more of a positive influence than bad. Since she left the two biggest decisions? BC Game are back and the payroll was deferred at short notice. Says a lot.

You only really hark for the past when the present is no better or worse.

The whole club has declined in standard. The continuity is a huge problem.

A lot of stuff has happened under her watch, but I think she has effectively not had the freedom one would expect a CEO to have, and she was the one with any kind of credibility on her CV.

I’m not sure, Pearson really liked her and said how good she was when he spoke about her when my dad’s mates spoke to him in the pub. He didn’t like Top or Rudkin at all.

Yep, as culpable as the rest. If she was that disappointed with what was happening, she wouldn’t have continued to take her salary and gone years before.

No disrespect  but you sint got a clue.

We wouldn't be in this mess if she was at the helm instead of Top/ Rudkin.

Why do you think she ran Vichais businesses and NOT baby boy?

She was on the board for the whole period which has led to this point. Even if she was the sole voice against what was happening, she should have put her morals before her pay cheque and told them to shove it.

As it is, she was in the room when the decisions were made that led us here.

She wasn't in the room. She got cut out.
