I don't think we have much choice but to give Mukasa a try at 9.

He's played there for Man City in the youth Champions League.

Ayew is a complete passenger and Daka just can't be relied on. I don't see what we have to lose. Mukasa is confident, hard working, talented, he can shoot, link up play, I just don't see why not really?

It also allows us to get Skipp, JJ and Winks all in the side and the four of them together with Fatawu are probably our best players.

I think you swap Mukasa and Daka from today's starting lineup and that's probably about as good as we can actually be?

If not maybe Richards? He can't be any worse. It questions why we signed him, if he's not an option.

Richards is pretty obviously non league standard, League Two level at best or we'd have seen him get at least a few cameos at the end of games.

As much as giving Mukasa a go up front sounds good, Gary won’t do it.

It’s Ayew or Daka and for me that means it HAS to be Daka.

I think you're probably right. Daka will miss a lot of sitters but Ayew wouldn't have had the chances in the first place and if I remember correctly they've both now missed a penalty this season so he's not even got that going for him.

Ayew shouldn't play up front at all. Ideally he wouldn't play full stop but he's probably no worse than Mav on the wing on current form.

The mind boggles. Stephy was dreadful today but BdcR? What on earth did he do to warrant you wishing him back in the team? He's a disgrace

edit;

Did you see his attempt at a routine trapping of the ball that he missed completely and went out of play?

The three times he was bundled off the ball with ease?

The time he caught the ball and gave away a free kick?

His usual little flick round the corner which just about worked and found a colleague, immediately given back to him and he panicked a d was bundled off the  ball?

I think we are getting in to the territory of having to be pragmatic and mix it up to get results which Rowett hinted he would do if came to that. We dont know who will be available as it's 2 weeks away yet but maybe throwing 2 up front would be a way forward.

Play Lorenz Hutchinson, why not? What’s the point in persisting with two players who don’t score goals, when you could just take a risk on a youngster, doesn’t matter if he doesn’t score goals as he will already have equalled our current wastes of spaces.

Pointless even mentioning kids, especially ones that haven't played at all, Rowett has made it very clear he's going for experience
