Didn’t watch the first half? There was a lot of playing out the back and subsequently losing possession. Until the penalty I thought I was watching Leicester.

I only watched the first half and agree entirely

I wondered what the fuss was about but presumably it improved second half.

Wouldn’t worry too much about his attitude towards fast attacking Football, he doesn’t have a senior striker at the club to do anything with yet.

Well Kane was coming deeper than Ayew at the KPS

Can’t wait for the head to head striker/captain stats for the next game….

You missed a treat. England were superb in the second half. Unplayable.

:appl:

That must've been a proper half time team talk. Subs spot on. Nothing like we see at our club.

Is there a competition on this forum to see who can be the most miserable and pessimistic?

England win 4-2 against the team ranked 11th in the world "I switched off after the first half...... bloody useless...... like watching Leicester".

I propose we start a new competition called "Moan Bingo". I only need "over paid prima donnas", "bunch of bottle jobs" and "can't defend for toffee" for the middle line! lol

Bodes well. It was only due to the kick off time and wanting to go to bed I turned off. Very much an early to bed and early up kind of person!

It wasn’t bad first half. I thought we looked pretty good at playing through the lines but a bit dicey at the back and a bit wasteful at the other end.

Croatia are a strong side though and it sets us up to go 9/9 baring any cock ups. I guess Ghana could spring a surprise on their day.

So you won’t be watching much of this World Cup then. Would have been worth making an exception last night you missed a cracking second half.

Leicester could and have done a whole lot worse.

Hopefully this time its the right man for the job, wishing him the very best of luck.

Get behind him everyone or you will be at least part to blame if he fails.

How can we be part of the blame if he's shit ?No one on here wanted him as manager, the blame will  be Top ,Rudkin  etc .

How did you explain it to your three year old?

He couldn't. His three year old accidentally saw Cooper on the back of the Mercury and made such a scream of horror that MTWG swore never to mention Cooper again.

So you're moaning about the moaners. It'd have been much better if you could have been a bit more upbeat about them

Not a fan of This appointment myself, but I genuinely hope he does well & is able to rebuild this club & reverse the spectacular decline we’ve been witnessing the last few years.
