No. Its on the fans who do it. No one else.

 

They are entitled to do what they want, but booing your own players before a ball is kicked is NOT about supporting the club, only adds to the pressure on the team and indivdual players and makes success harder. Blaming it on the club is a twisted logic at best even when a) i get that the relationship between club and fans is as bad as its been for a very long time and b) some players just get under your skin

Aluko yellow bard for a little pull back stopping a counter but these can fly in to challenges all they want and no punishment.

 

not saying that alukos wasn’t a booking, it was, but seems every team we play gets away with a couple of hard challenges etc whilst we are punished at every opportunity.
