Never understood adults that won't consider a film if made in black and white

These people aren't real adults.

Real adults only watch films made in black and white.

Asteroid City.

50% interesting relationships between a few key characters, 50% inane self indulgent drivel.

Wed Anderson is just crap nowadays. He used to make weird and wacky films with interesting characters, now all of his stuff is just a worthless parody of itself.

It's more the younger generation with that manner it's like that typical line "A bit before my time" or some people's attitude nothing happened until I was born, I mean i'm 29 and there's some great black and white classics to be watched.

The Unicorn Store

A young woman(Brie Larson) who doesn't really want to grow up and dreams of owning a unicorn.

Certainly not for everyone, but I quite enjoyed it.

Also stars Samuel L. Jackson, so a bit of a Marvel collab.

Oppenheimer was excellent.

Agreed. Although the only criticism I have with the film was the volume of the music overplayed was too loud. Although Nolan does this with alot of his film. I see Robert Downey Jr for a best supporting Oscar for that performance.

Heart of stone on Netfilx.

So what I'm on foxestalk whilst we are watching it!!

It's like a long winded sh1t James Bond!!

Only plus is it's got Gal Dadot in.

Apart from that I cant wait for it to be over!!

Agreed.

Similar to Tenet/Batman 3 with the sound issues, can't hear some of the dialogue.

Better film by Nolan, not peak interstellar/Inception levels but a welcome return to his high standards.

The pace I really enjoyed, well acted with a great cast. I can see RDJ for best supporting actor.

I've never got round to watching 8 mile and thinking I'm going to watch it this weekend. I can't believe it was 2002 when it came out! 21 years ago!

Also the same as football didn't exist before the Premier league.

Just be careful you don't lose yourself in the music.

I find the concept of making a movie in b&W equal to the concept of not watching a b&W movie....both are being willy pullers. Lol 🤣

They won't watch/ enjoy Bait then. A great, original film, from a real talent in Mark Jenkin.

He followed it up with an even better film in my opinion, in Enys Men. An authentic Cornish ghost story.

I'm genuinely excited about Jenkins' next work. Not sure what he has planned but it will most likely be set in Cornwall again.
