I’m not sure he will be able to, and I think that’s why they have left it so late on a Friday. He could get a judge to prevent his deportation, like he did last time, whilst he makes his argument in count. However, in that case he would be back in immigration detention and I can’t imagine he’d be allowed out in the community until it’s legally resolved, which I can’t see happening before the first round of the open is complete.

Djokovic has gone down a lot in my book, rather than try to con his way in, he should have just accepted the laws and stayed away unless he wanted to do the right thing and get vaccinated.

It seems to be a lot of athletes, I kinda see why they're slightly hesitant just incase for a virus which in all likelihood isn't going to do harm if they catch it. Saying that I do think Novak is just a bit of a mentalist

technically yes... that penalty can be applied... but he can appeal that.

Yes and that minister is a member of a hatefilled rightwing modern pentecostal "church" that has virtually zero % of the population..but 10% representation in government.

That minister continues to force a family who are wlecomed, wanted and valued in theri community in Qld.. to live in semi detention is Western Australia.

He is part of a government that will spend 50 million $$$ on fighting 1500 refugees that they have locked up for more than 9 years at a cost of $4.3 million per refugee, per year.

Well, you can’t kick an Australian out of their own country. But any non-Australian citizen who is unvaccinated will be refused entry to the country, unless they have a medical exemption.
