Just started watching ‘Oz’.
A HBO show set in a prison that started airing in the late 90s.

Just finished the first season. Very decent.

All episodes in all seasons are available on Sky to download like normal stuff on box sets.

A few familiar faces from other shows like ‘The Wire’ and ‘The Sopranos’ pop up on this show. Lots of virtual unknowns too.

Well worth a watch in these times where most of us have too much time on our hands.

The Americans isn't as bad as the ratings suggest, I think it drags on a bit at times, but you always wonder whether they'll ever be found out in the series.

Philip Jennings is to the spy world what Don Draper is to advertising.

The English Game is just another period drama.  It's 5% interesting, when they're focusing on football.  Otherwise, it's Downton Abbey except with northerners.

Surely, surely they didn't actually play football like that?

Not on Netflix but the Aussie cricket series (the Test) following the team through a few home and away series including the 2019 World Cup and Ashes is excellent.

Thought it was superb.

If the purpose was to make the public like the Aussie cricket team again, then it's a big tick in the box for me.

Pains me to say it but I thought Langer, Ponting and Paine came across really well. I almost started to like Steve Smith FFS!

The last two episodes on the world cup and ashes are brilliant.

I’ll give this a go, I think I’ve seen it on Prime. I quite like the Aussies (apart from when we’re playing them). David Warner is a prized **** though

Yeah I'm still not keen on Warner but the bit where he's talking to Ponting about his approach to batting is a brilliant insight.

Nathan Lyon was good value as were most of the bowlers tbf.

When debutantes were awarded their baggie green cap ceremony, I must admit I got quite emotional lol

Bloody Aussies. I hate em but do admire them in a way. They adore their cricket.

Quite funny is Nathan Lyon when I’ve seen him interviewed. He used to be ground staff I think at one of their test grounds.

I often think they go a bit too overboard with the hysteria around the “Baggie Green”, but we’d do exactly the same if we had a bit of kit as iconic as that.

Ill give it a watch it sounds right up my street. The Edge is also good if you haven’t seen that yet.

Thought the Edge was fascinating too but for different reasons.

I didn't realise how ruthless Andy Flower was and half of the team ended up being mentally exhausted/broken

Amazon do this stuff really well tbf
