A lot rumours going around that Red Bull are trying to buy Villa!

So we've had a brick and sword during recent training ground bust ups..

What happened to the old fists?

I know, Mourinho seems to get away with some bizarre stuff, simply because he's Jose 'the special one' Mourinho. Like you say, if Benitez did that, they'd be baying for blood.

His status among Chelsea fans is like MON's status with ours, on steroids.

I think if he had the opportunity Mourinho would go to Man U (not at the minute though, maybe in the summer).

Shit, that makes me sound a bit like Leicesterpool

*shudders*

Mourinho would be out of Chelsea's door before you could even say "Manchester United" if they came calling for him, I actually think Mourinho was desperate for that job and i think he was gutted to hear that Fergie had suggested Moyes rather than him. However the big question would Man U be too big for Mourinho? Cause as you seen at Real Madrid he wasn't exactly great and at times looked out of his depth.

If Moyes was to go the type of manager they should be looking at his either a Michael Laudrup or Jurgen Klopp! both of them are young'ish and have experience of playing and managing in champions league football with big clubs.

He won the title at a time when Barcelona were unplayable, hardly say he can't handle big teams. He has had success at every club he has been in charge of.

Looks like Chelsea gave got their man. Salah for 11 million. Cue Liverpool fans saying they never wanted him, despite wanking over him before lol.

Don't get me wrong Mourinho is a cracking coach and I don't think he could do any worse than Moyes is now, but I'm just saying he didn't really set the world a light at Real.

I still can't get over Michael Laudrup for the Man United job, on the basis he's played for Real Madrid and Barcelona.

May as well give it Paul Lambert on this basis.

I still can't get over how Man U could give the job to someone like Moyes! who won nothing in his eleven years at Everton and hardly ever played champions league football.

Fair points, I agree to an extent, never rated Moyes as a manager, very negative. Only have to see how far Everton have come since his departure, but apparently Moyes had taken them as far as they could go. Spent a lot of money at Everton as well, complete myth when people say he never had zilch to spend.

I never thought Man United and Moyes were the right combination, time will eventually tell but right now it's not working. I'm bloody loving it at the minute though.

Every time the camera zooms in on Moyes when there losing, he looks really clueless and to be honest scared to death aswell in my opinion, it's was already going to be difficult for any manager to come in and replace Fergie but I don't think it helps giving the job to someone who hasn't got any experience of managing or playing for champions league club. Also I question where the board see Moyes taking them, what do they expect Moyes to do?

It remains questionable whether another manager would do/would have done better with Manchester United's current squad, which - with a few exceptions - is bland, mediocre and over-aged.

Fergie did! the squad had these problems for quite a few years!

They had the same problem when Matt Busby retired, they went through a raft of Managers including Busby coming back for a while and even got relegated before Fergie turned up.

'Mata isn't the player United need' - if Eva Mendes agreed to marry you would you be worried about where she'd put all her shoes?

we valued Aspas at £7million who struggled at Celta Vigo? December 9th we made Salah a target

That Aspas looks a waste of a place and money at the moment, surely Liverpool have some cracking young domestic prospects they could blood instead?

They want stability which Moyes offered Everton. He built Everton up, and created a team of good footballers - the likes of Jelavic, Baines, Osman, Piennar are all good footballers - with a very tight budget. He did well in the PL at times, they were one of the teams that people thought could break the top 4, but his only let down was the lack of trophies although I remember him losing an FA Cup final against Chelsea.

This Manchester United squad he has inherited is horrid, and probably the worst I've seen. Needs some real improving, and like I said before, I could only see three players with a chance of getting into other squads in the division and those three are Van Persie, Rooney and Carrick.
