Fox92 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 This is an important result. Granted, I'd have expected us to beat Yeovil but football doesn't work like that all the time. We're 0-1 down, and we get something out of the game; it's how Champions work. It's nice to have a three point gap over Burnley, not a two point gap should Yeovil have beaten us. Need to get something at Burnley, even if it's another draw.
Guest ttfn Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Let's not piss about here. That was bloody awful. Fantastic finish. Finally somebody (Knocky) showed some balls and grabbed the game by the scruff of the neck.
lestajigs Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 2nd by Saturday night. Think we'll get done over Saturday. Id take a draw How we gonna be second???
Webbo Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 https://t.co/W6ybU7iih8 Didn't look like the whole of the ball crossed the line to me.
Wycombe Fox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Having seen the goal on Sky, I'd say 100% it was over the line from Kasper's header
Happy Fox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Didn't look like the whole of the ball crossed the line to me. It certainly does
KFS Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Wake these fvckers up for Burnley. No way can they get away with that for the rest of the season. As for claims that we'd win 7-0, that's utterly embarrassing and purely unprofessional.
Finnaldo Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Exactly the kind of bad result we need to motivate the boys. Now they NEED to win this game, and I'm sure Pearson will have them right up to give a performance against Burnley. I know a Burnley fan so we better bloody win!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 How we gonna be second??? Maybe because we are playing Burnley who are three points behind and the goal difference might well be in there favour after that game
The Horse's Mouth Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Didn't look like the whole of the ball crossed the line to me. The quality doesn't help.
Spudulike Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Just as well Wood followed it up as the ref claims he didn't signal the goal until Wood scored.
RowlattsFox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 I don't think anyone that predicted a 7-0 were being serious. Teams at the bottom are dangerous at this time of the season. Saying that, it's a poor result but not for the first time we've rescued something. Minds on the weekends game perhaps but does put a bit more pressure on us going into difficult away games. Win tonight and I'd take draws in next two, think we may need to win one now.
Happy Fox Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Maybe because we are playing Burnley who are three points behind and the goal difference might well be in there favour after that game If they beat us 3-0 then yes but doubt we would ship in that many!, I wouldn't worry too much, a point would suffice at Burnley anything more would be grand, the big game is Wigan is away.

lgfualol Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 I actually feel sorry for our team today. Nothing worked for them. I really hope this doesn't affect team morale/confidence, being jeered by your own fans, not being able to pass, etc. My heart is still beating fast.
justfoxes Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 So it wasn't our best performance but FFS some of the callers on radio Leicester need a wake up call we are still top of the league still with a game in hand an to answer one bloke no burnley will not put us to the sword or show is how it's done we know very well how to do it thank you very much !!
ARM1968 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 We need Pearson at the helm Saturday. Without him seems line the heart of the team has slowed. We need him there firing us up. I think Saturday will be the title clincher. Win or draw and we'll get first spot. Lose and we'll be second.

Guest Col city fan Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Yeovil came with a game plan and we found it very hard to break them down. Frankly, we were very poor tonight. We couldn't pass for shit and the shooting was pretty tame. In Mahrez, it shows how easy it is to claim a player is 'class' without having seen much of them. He was pants in the first half. However, second half he improved. Frustrating night, but we move on.
Mark_from_USA Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Gutted out a point in a banana skin game with other factors on their mind. Expect them to come out with a chip on their shoulder at Burnley. Too bad for Yeovil, I think losing the points hurt them more than us.
midland_red Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 great spirit to get one point. But have to view this as two points dropped. There are always shock results like this though, but it sounds (did catch a stream) that we were really poor. If we were as bad as we sound, its a wake up call, and perhaps thats no bad thing
