Ric Flair Posted 7 July 2014 Posted 7 July 2014 The Connor Wickham thread is a strange place! Get in, get wet, get out
Ric Flair Posted 7 July 2014 Posted 7 July 2014 That's absolutely outrageous balling. I was meeting him in Thailand for a months travelling and he'd done all his bunce during the rugby 7's in Hong Kong. I had to take him out another few grand which he managed to rinse within days in Thailand, one of the cheapest countries in the world. The lads an animal.
Vlad the Fox Posted 7 July 2014 Posted 7 July 2014 People do stupid stuff when they are young. I remember getting a shot of whisky in Vegas that cost nearly a grand. If you were in a wetherspoons you could have gone double for an extra £500.

More likely 4000 hk dollars - seriously, 4k is just outrageous unless he didnt know what he was doing. ten minutes in wan chai and a hundred and fifty quid plus a drink gets you the whole night! bangkok is even cheaper ( though the risk in both places at these prices is finding your bed full of balls .............)

This lad is in to some horrible stuff, he'll have had to pay top whack.
Mark_w Posted 7 July 2014 Posted 7 July 2014 The Connor Wickham thread is a strange place! It's a good job I was stopped from turning it into a Waghorn debate, there was a danger of things getting a bit off topic. --- On the topic of Connor Wickham, I'd be highly surprised if the Daily Star dragging him through the mud had any influence on Nigel Pearson's decision at all. I doubt he'd come but as long as he has got the right attitude (something the Daily Star absolutely can't tell us) I think he'd be a good addition. Though I'd still like to see Chris Wood get a chance.

So it's perfectly on topic.

Carlos88LCFC Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 Still got my fingers crossed for Connor Wickham. Would love to see this guy at Leicester! Can see him being an international player. He has every attribute a striker needs... Including a massive ego, which IS well needed to be the best! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
sulfoxide Posted 8 July 2014 Posted 8 July 2014 Thought he'd signed for Leeds....think now I read this wrong, sorry

Callabinho Posted 12 July 2014 Posted 12 July 2014 Southampton are keen on him too according to first4lcfc... not sure how reliable he is? He's so sharp and to the point that Jack the Ripper, discarded his original weapon and used him!
