Foxhateram Posted 22 December 2015 Posted 22 December 2015 I love kingy he is Mr reliable. Never put a foot wrong on or off the pitch. A true blue through and through. Met him lots of times as well, a true gent.
ARTY_FOX Posted 23 December 2015 Posted 23 December 2015 Can't wait till he scores the winner in the champions league final.
Bluetintedspecs Posted 23 December 2015 Posted 23 December 2015 Mr reliable and Leicester through and through!
Voll Blau Posted 23 December 2015 Posted 23 December 2015 Love seeing him every time he gets a run out for us. To be with us at our highest and lowest points, and have delivered at every level is great to see. Hope he remains a one club man.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 23 December 2015 Posted 23 December 2015 I absolutely love King. Top player and guy. He speaks a lot of sense in interviews and every time he plays he is consistently great, accomplished and composed on the ball. He does some really key stuff for the team as well though, both in defensive and attacking terms.
fleckneymike Posted 23 December 2015 Posted 23 December 2015 The very fact that Pearson, then Sousa, then Sven, then Peason again and now Ranieri all play King speaks volumes about how well he is regarded. If he sees his contract out then he'll have spent a decade playing first team football, been at our lowest ebb and our highest, he's only 2 appearances behind Muzzy, 2 goals behind Nugent (3 behind Lynex), has scored in every season he has played for us and not once complained, not once agitated for a move, and not once let the club down. Lest we forget it was King who prodded in Vardy's miss hit shot to spark all this. Will probably remain my favourite City player for quite some time to come.

Biggus Posted 23 December 2015 Posted 23 December 2015 2016 could be Andy King's best year: LCFC in the top four? Wales beat England in the Euros? LCFC win their Group in the European Championship? I'll take the Wales win if you get the other two!

You take all of that into account and then remember that Andy King's still only 27 years old and at this rate could thus potentially reach 500 games and 100 goals for this club. Astonishing.

LCCFox96 Posted 24 December 2015 Posted 24 December 2015 Thought King was relatively average first half at Everton but picked up and played very well in the second and was key part in winning the game. His contribution is still constantly overlooked by too many fans. Think King will stay at the club for his whole career. He's made it clear he plans to and the club will want to keep because other than the fact that he is genuinely a decent CM at this level, popular amongst the fans and the dressing and has been reliable for the club, he also fits our club's own home grown quota which is invaluable in this day and age.
Wymsey Posted 24 December 2015 Posted 24 December 2015 Don't think we'll ever have a player like him again. He's what you call a 'servant' - quite our equivalent to Gerrard; loyal, supports others and settles situations.

He's what you call a 'servant' - quite our equivalent to Gerrard; loyal, supports others and settles situations. Even more unique as his time is spread over 3 divisions. It's easy to have players play for a club for 10plus years when the club stays at the same level e.g. Man United with the class of 92. Clubs that move the divisions will always have a higher turnover of players.
Rasmic123 Posted 24 December 2015 Posted 24 December 2015 while i dont rate king as one of our better players, you have to keep some of the players that know where we've come from and have had to work bloody hard to get to where we are. Kind of why i also dont want us to just do away with Moore, but if he's shit i suppose he has to go
Always Next Year Posted 26 December 2015 Posted 26 December 2015 Second best all day, did we get out of our own half.
