EnglishOxide Posted 9 March 2016 Posted 9 March 2016 No reason why we can't keep him. King James Drinky Kante Inler Top class new signing We are competing on four fronts next season and will most likely be playing 451 in Europe. We will need 5 or 6 centre mids as injuries are more likely as well as King and Drinky possibly playing internationals in between.
st albans fox Posted 10 March 2016 Posted 10 March 2016 Claudio says he's training with first team now Inler will be chuffed!

AyewJoking Posted 10 March 2016 Posted 10 March 2016 not sure about this but is anyone ever the player they used to be after an injury like matty's?
Jimmy Posted 10 March 2016 Posted 10 March 2016 not sure about this but is anyone ever the player they used to be after an injury like matty's? Shearer came back fine from it
les-tah Posted 10 March 2016 Posted 10 March 2016 times have changed and ACL injurys are not what the used to be so its hard to say, but in the present and going forward these guys are having world class surgery with stuff like grown ligaments in labs ect ect.. so my gut is players will come back the same all beit a year missed of development.
FoxesFan94 Posted 10 March 2016 Posted 10 March 2016 Imagine if Matty was subbed on for our game against Chelsea and scored the goal that won us the Premier League (if we hadn't already). The scenes.

fuchsntf Posted 10 March 2016 Posted 10 March 2016 sorry, there are some things that are just too far fetched ..................... Too damn right...he'll play against Manutd, and get a brace , sealing the Title.
BoyJones Posted 10 March 2016 Posted 10 March 2016 Personally think we should give James a miss this season. Decent player, but why change a settled squad / team. Can see him being sold in the summer, we will be looking for proven players.
Kitchandro Posted 10 March 2016 Posted 10 March 2016 Good player, better than King and inler. Hopefully we see him next season.
Father Ted Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 Think we will certainly be seeing him next season with a European campaign happening. Can see Inler moving on.
wigstonboues Posted 12 March 2016 Posted 12 March 2016 James was the better of him and drink water. He will feature when he's ready and will show us all that he's needed here
Danizen Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 Back in full training over the weekend. Hopefully he still has time to be a part of possibly our best ever season.
lgfualol Posted 14 March 2016 Posted 14 March 2016 I doubt we'll see him feature at all if everyone can keep fit
woddyuk Posted 15 March 2016 Posted 15 March 2016 Just remember, before he got injured Drinky wasn't getting a look in and a lot of utd fans were far more upset Matty left than Danny. So if Danny keeps his form up and Matty comes back as good as he was then we have great competition in the midfield along with King and Kante. Not sure Inler will stay but he may be better suited to a "Dean Hammond" roll in European games next year if he does?? That said champions league qualification will attract even more players that Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool, and maybe even Arsenal and Man city can. So who knows who will be here and who won't
peach0000 Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 might be back on saturday Great news, has always been one of my favourite players. He deserves to get a game this season for what he's contributed in previous seasons, laying the foundations for this season.
Guest Lcfc82 Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 Be nice to see him get 15 mins off the bench on Saturday
TiffToff88 Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 With drinky suspended its to be expected that Andy King will most likely take his place, so theres no reason why Matty wont be on the bench if he's fit, and it would be fantastic to see him come on, even if just for the final moments of the game
AKCJ Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 Would love to see N'Golo come off for the last ten minutes for James. Massive standing ovation for N'Golo and a massive standing ovation for James. Would be a nice touch.
Babylon Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 Too many players to get on the pitch, would be great to give all the squad lads a run out in the next two games and some point or another.
lcfcbobby Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 Would be fitting for him to get a 10minute stint at Everton game bring him on to replace king
Torten Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 It's a shame he hasn't been able to play a part this season. He was immense at the business end of last season.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 5 May 2016 Posted 5 May 2016 If he's not fit just stick him on the pitch in a wheelchair against Everton he deserves it
