kingcarr21 Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 There were rumours that Villa were going to send Grealish on loan to the Championship this month. God I hope that happens
EnglishOxide Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Villa are really ****ed now He is their only player I would take.
AyewJoking Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 There were rumours that Villa were going to send Grealish on loan to the Championship this month. God I hope that happens A clever ploy to get him clued up for their forthcoming Championship campaign.
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Adama Traore out for 8-10 weeks. Will miss the game against us. Again! He's only just come back ain't he?
AjcW Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Again! He's only just come back ain't he? Think we might be starting to see why all the shock at Barca offloading him wasn't justified.. myself included Although this one is a bone injury... so not an awful lot he could do about it!
lgfualol Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Jordan Ibe apparently out with hamstring injury. There are a bunch of delicate flowers at Liverpool.
Fox92 Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Curtis remaining at Swansea for rest of the season.
MC Prussian Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Curtis remaining at Swansea for rest of the season. No job for Pearson in the Premier League, then. Might as well start out in the Championship.
weller54 Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 No job for Pearson in the Premier League, then. Might as well start out in the Championship. ...his level.
ARM1968 Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 Harsh. Think NP could do a decent job in the Prem. Took him a long time to adjust but he did.
EnglishOxide Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 ...his level. 100% success rate in avoiding relegation. 14th place finish in first season. Responsible for the majority of our current success. Top class manager, end of.
Tuna Posted 7 January 2016 Posted 7 January 2016 100% success rate in avoiding relegation. 14th place finish in first season. Responsible for the majority of our current success. Top class manager, end of. I have a 100% success rate in avoiding relegation.
Zapp Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 I have a 100% success rate in avoiding relegation. You can't have a 100% record in something you've had zero attempts at you silly billy
MC Prussian Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 It's official: Everton sign Shani Tarashaj from Grasshopper for roughly £3m. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/35253228 He'll remain at his old club as a loanee until the end of the season, as he's supposed to finish his military service there before he can travel to England in the summer.
AKCJ Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 Quality stat for you all. Because of the incoming 5bn tele deal... If all Premier League clubs let all their supporters in for FREE next season they wont see a drop in revenue based on this seasons figures.
RobHawk Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 Quality stat for you all. Because of the incoming 5bn tele deal... If all Premier League clubs let all their supporters in for FREE next season they wont see a drop in revenue based on this seasons figures. I best prices won't go down though!
Clever Fox Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 Didn't Niahll Quinn state when he was Chairman of Sunderland that sadly Football has reached the stage were the Fans are no longer necessary for financial reasons. That their only purpose is to provide atmosphere at the matches. That Clubs earn much more from Television these days than the Fans pay in Gate receipts. While that might be true financially the Game would quickly die without the fans as players would quickly lose interest also without the Fans adulation. So I think Fans will still be around for a long time to come. But the Clubs should also recognise their importance to the Game and should reduce Ticket prices at all Clubs.
C-man Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 Well what I imagine Quinn meant is the primary function of the fans being there is to actually make it a watchable and therefore financially viable product. Would anyone seriously watch a match on TV that had no fans there? I seriously struggle to watch PL games (with the exception of maybe Palace and a couple of derbies) on the TV because the atmosphere is so piss poor. Everton and Stoke were hosting semi finals this week and they were both an abomination atmosphere wise.

Jimothy Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 Bournemouth bid £10m for Wolves striker Benik Afobe Plucky little Bournemouth and their tiny budget!
NewEnglandFox Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 Love the draw. Surely Liverpool can't blow the replay.
purpleronnie Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 Love the draw. Surely Liverpool can't blow the replay. Nah how often do the smaller team win the replay away? It won't happen.
Phube Posted 8 January 2016 Posted 8 January 2016 An extra game for Liverpool should help us when we play them!
